No cosy night for me

In terms of price, ordering, and prompt delivery I could not fault this company.
Unfortunately they did not make it clear that they only deliver to your front door.
I am disabled and had expected two men in a van to arrive and take my mattress upstairs.
I was shocked to see only one man, who was even smaller than me.
He just about got the mattress into my hallway with my assistance - something I should not have done with my disability.
And there it has rested for the last few days while I find someone who can carry it upstairs - probably at additional cost.
In the meantime I have had to continue sleeping on a blow-up bed.

    Thanks for your review and comments as we use these comments to improve our business. However I do apologise for any inconvenience with this order.

    Unfortunately to offer next day delivery we have to use large delivery companies such as TNT and not our own in house delivery vans. They have the info structure in place to allow us to offer FREE Next Day Delivery. Many companies including 90% of online bed companies in the UK use TNT as their delivery company due to price to us as well as service and reliability. In a perfect world we would love to offer a two man delivery service but this in turn would increase our delivery fees hence we would have to charge for delivery.

    Generally delivery companies only take the goods into the property doorway as they are not insured in case of damage whilst in your property. They are also in their work clothes and would not want to bring dirt/mud into your house. However in this instance I feel common sentence should have prevailed and they should have brought the mattress into the property. I will bring this matter up with TNT and make them aware of the situation.
