I should received my order in 24 hours but it didn't happen After week and many phone calls I received it in very poor condition item it been opened bits from it missing and was very dirty dust all over
I do apologise about this delivery. I have been made aware that TNT let us down on this delivery. Even though we offer free delivery all deliveries should be next working day delivery. There is an additional charge for Saturday delivery though. In this case the bed was originally meant to be delivered on Wednesday 8th May but this didn’t happen as the TNT driver ran out of time and legally the driver had worked too many hours so had to return to the depot. We were ONLY made aware of this once you called us chasing up the delivery.
TNT then attempted the delivery on Friday the 10th as you were not available for the delivery on Thursday 9th May. I was informed that the delivery on this date was refused as the goods were damaged. This must have happened in transit. So due to this at our expense and due to the inconvenience we upgraded the delivery to Saturday delivery at no charge to you the customer to get a new replacement bed to you. Unfortunately TNT let us down again which we do apologise about. Obviously we will speak to TNT about this matter as it reflects our company.
The bed was eventually delivered on Monday. We were then advised by yourself that parts were missing from the delivery, obviously this is a manufacturing fault as the goods are not opened before dispatch as they are all sealed. So we got the necessary parts sent out to eventually resolve this issue.
