We run a backpackers Hostel and needed a bunk bed next day due to damage. Order went through showing in stock Email came back late in same day apologising that they were out of stock, left it late for us to re order with another company ! Requested another style from the company, but they said it was too late now for next day delivery?

We do apologise about this. After looking into this it was an error on our behalf. We do apologise about this. I can see you were contacted by customer services as soon as the warehouse informed us the stock was wrong however by this time it was too late to get an alternative bed dispatched which we apologise about.
No funds were taken from your account but once again we apologise for the inconvenience.
