I have looked in to your order and can see that the order was placed at 8:37pm. Unfortunately we do not have staff in at this hour, as we close after 5pm. The order was not processed until the following morning. Looking at the notes, Eleanor informed you of the issue at 8:21am, which is well before our 9am opening time. A refund was issued on the same day, minimising further inconveniences to yourself.
Our stock is checked regularly, however on this occasion there seems to have been a human error, and the stock for the product you ordered was not removed from our website - which is why the error occurred.
