We ordered a shower unit, toilet and sink from Best Bathrooms on 2nd April. We have had so many problems with the products and Best Bathrooms have taken no responsilbility for helping us resolve our issues. Not only have the customer staff been rude and unhelpful, having been prompted to detail my comments to another staff member, still no resolution and compensation was offered. We were referred to Best Bathroom's manufacturor of the products, and have been dealing with them since August. Subsequently we are still waiting for parts to be delivered and calls to be returned. This company has been going through redundancy and a take over so communication is also poor. It is now November. We have had our bathroom fitted since May but still are not able to use it. Best Bathroom have conducted themselves in such an unprofessional manner as once the sale has been confirmed they do not care. I would strongly recommend against using this company.
Yesterday I wrote a really bad review about BestBathrooms which I have withdrawn and apologize for. I am in the process of major alterations to my house and dealing with about 20 different companies at the moment. I got confused and gave BestBathrooms the bad review that was meant for Nationwide Bathrooms. On the 17th April 2012, I ordered a large vanity unit and a heated towel rail from BestBathrooms. The vanity unit was delivered within 2 days and after a reminder phone call I am assured that the heated towel rail will be delivered this Thursday (26th April). I will be using BestBathrooms again in the future.
