We ordered a cloakroom cabinet which turned up very quickly but unfortunately when unwrapped was found to be damaged. Left an email and contacted customer services via the website attaching a photo and the next working day had two phone calls and a confirmation that a replacement was on it's way. Replacement turned up 3 days later so would highly recommend BestBathrooms.com to anyone as these things happen but it's how the company deal with those problems that really matters - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I have never posted a review online before but decided to do so on this occasion. I purchased a few items from this company, most look ok (not fitted them all yet), but one furniture unit was damaged and very shoddily constructed. I requested a return and they arranged a date to pick up the faulty item. No-one appeared and after contacting them the following day, I was assured that collection would be imminent. This fiasco went on daily for a whole week, I could have walked it back to the warehouse quicker. This not an issue of course if you happen to be at home every day but not great if you are working and have to arrange for someone to be there for the collection. A bit of a fiasco to be honest, not a pleasant after sales experience, and probably a good few quid on my phone bill as well. To be fair though my refund was processed the day after the product was eventually returned. Probably I was just unlucky, but I hope you never have to send anything back to this place.
We have bought radiators and valves, our designer rads are beautiful and cost a fraction of other retailers. Communication is straight to the point, staff know exactly what their company ethos is and stick to it!! Delivery is quick and efficient, goods well packed etc, can't praise them enough!!! Many thanks again, we will be back soon to buy once more.
I will recommend to anyone I could find no faults with the company at all from my item being bought to the min it was delivered!

A serious lack of communication with this lot. Ordered bathroom suite. Got email saying all dispatched. Arrived with no bath tub. Rang looking for it. Told out of stock (thanks for letting me know)! Assured it would be delivered within next two days latest. Then decided I did t want the towel rail they supplied so I phoned to ask if they could pick up the towel rail when they deliver the bath. They said that was fine. Again, no bath tub shows up. Again I phone up looking for it and am told the entire order has been cancelled at my request when it wasn't. Had to hire a van and go to B&Q as ran out of time and options. Wrote to head office regarding the mess they'd created and not heard a peep back!
Bought a thermostatic bar valve and when fitted by my plumber, it leaked. I rang Customer Services to arrange a refund and order a more expensive replacement However, the CS rep first asked me to provide a photo or video of the leaking valve before they would consider giving me my money back. This was not possible as plumber had reinstated the old valve. I was then asked if the plumber had 'consolidated the valve'? I assume the customer services person meant 'calibrated'??? I felt rather agrieved that Best Bathrooms thought my plumber did not know what he was doing and needless to say I rapidly changed my mind about placing another order with them. Eventually, after a discussion about my Consumer Rights they agreed to collect the item 2 days later (which didn't happen), so I sent it back registered post at my own expense. It was received & signed for the following day. 10 days later and no refund had materialised so I rang customer services again and was told that they would action a refund that day (obviously this had not been done on receipt of the faulty item). 13 days later and I still have no refund.

Great price and product and the best customer service ever, I ordered in on Wednesday afternoon and it was delivered to my home 22 hours later.
Could not recommend them high enough , do your self a favour and use this company and not a so called major DIY Chain.
Something as simple as ONE TOILET took them 4 delivery attempts to get it right. Poor communication and lack of customer services skills. Won't recommend to anyone or use them again!
Good product fitted well delivery service not so good delivered on time but parts missing left at there distribution depot had to wait three days for them to be delivered but as i said good product and good service from bestbathrooms
Ordered a shower screen. Delivered one day late. Wrong wheels supplied for the unit, I have been repeatedly LIED to by their customer service department ([name], [name]& [name]) about when the replacements would arrive, first it was Saturday, then it was Monday, now it will be Tuesday... I wonder if it will be Wednesday when I call tomorrow.
First it was being sent out by Royal Mail which is "guaranteed next day" then it was by DX as Royal Mail take up to 14 working days, then they cancelled that and decided to send it Royal Mail again! The left hand clearly doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
DO NOT wait for these people to call you back they simply won't. Oh and don't bother calling their expensive 0844 customer service number... call 01282 471385 (local rate)
I'm sure [name] will be along soon to say "sorry blah blah it's all been sorted now" but the fact is it shouldn't have been like this in the first place!
Do yourself a favour and find another supplier, I wish I had.
Update 1: Wheels finally arrived, but on fitting noticed one of the plastic bags had a hole ripped in it and the fixing screw had been taken out (obviously for someone else)! I couldn't face calling WorstBathrooms.com and going through that palaver again so went and bought a box of machine screws at great expense, better than waiting another century.
Update 2: Worstbathrooms.com tried to delete this negative review, interesting.
Goods as described, delivered on the day quoted, good communication via e-mail. I will use them again if the price is right.
The website provided pictures and dimensions so it was easy to see what would be best. The delivery was quick and efficient and the goods very well wrapped and cushioned so that they came in perfect condition. Now all is installed and looks great.
