Found the website easy to navigate, the merchandise was of a reasonable value - not the cheapest but certainly not the most expensive - so the sales process ticked a box. Delivery and Post Sales Service - ah different ball game - the package was delivered a day earlier than expected so had to rearrange delivery (weekend in between) and therefore rearrange the plumber! The package then arrived and when the plumber returned to complete the works found only one item had been delivered not the required two - so rather than send him away again, I had to go out and buy the item at, as you can imagine, a greater price. So a week later - back to the website (over a weekend so no phone facility available) - e-mailed my issue, was informed there is a 1 day service level but unfortunately I'm still waiting +24 hours later. Always best to underpromise and overdeliver rather than the other way round in my opinion.

Well I ordered the wrong item, great advice from the helpdesk just rejected the initial delivery and the guy came back with the correctly ordered one the next day, and refunded the following week. The service and communication couldn't have been better and I will recommend this site to others.

Excellent deal from bestbathrooms,I ordered two vertical radiators which arrived within 24 hours of ordering. I will be returning soon for items for my bathroom upgrade.

Really awful damaged goods

Ordered a large vanity unit and matching large wall cabinet. Both items delivered in worst condition I had ever seen. The order over £400. The packaging on basin was falling off. Basin has a very large crack running right through it. The actual vanity unit cracked on right hand side and the wall cabinet cracked right through the middle. I have sent pictures of the damage in and no response as yet.
I guess you will be ok if you products get to you in good condition I would personally not use again as never seen such bad products, deliver and response to customer complaint. Currently am discussing with trading standards.

The product was dead right delivered within 2 days, delivery company were good also. I will use the service again. and would recommend this supplier based on the first experience

Fast, punctual delivery.

Ordered a heavy radiator. Very pleased with the product and service. Packaging was bashed and brusied having been dragged along the floor by one person at some point but hopefully will be okay when fitted. Looks fantastic in the box!

Ordered a sink and toilet which arrived the next day as promised. Price was to good to be true, so wasn't expecting the best. I must admit I was pleasantly surprised as the goods were amazing and look great in my new wet room. Would definitely use this company again, they were the cheapest I could find.

Just Outstanding service

Disappointed

Ordered a chrome towel rail, arrived in good packaging within 3 days.
Opened package a week later only to find a less than perfect item specifically it was quite mucky, after a gentle clean up there were noticeable imperfections in the chrome.
Reported my observation to Best Bathrooms by email - still waiting for response.

When I called with questions they had someone friendly and helpful who knew what they were talking about. Items arrived on time, well wrapped (not always the case when I've ordered from other major suppliers) and in perfect condition.
Would definately recommend.
