Brilliant service from start to finish.
Brilliant service from BestBathrooms, the order went through amazingly quickly and was delivered in no time at all. I cannot comment at the moment on the radiator purchased as it has not been installed yet but it looks great and am looking forward to seeing it finally installed.

Very quick service
I ordered a chrome towel rail from them......it took all of 25 hours to arrive from Lancashire to me at the bottom end of Cornwall. Now, that's good quick service!
Unfortunately, there was a fault with the item, but after a call to the after sales dept., and some quick photos of the problem sent via email, they arranged for the item to be collected and returned for either refund or replacement.
I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Good rad when it finally arrived!
I ordered the rad in very good time and paid extra so it would be delivered on Saturday morning. All seemed OK until the delivery company txt to say it would be arriving on Monday, I txt back to say there would be no one in on Monday, but I was unable to contact anyone from the delivery company or Best Bathrooms as it was Saturday. On Monday the rad arrived just before my wife left for work, which was very lucky. When I phoned Best Bathrooms they refunded the delivery charge, but would not help with the extra cost of re-dating the installation. However the radiator is now on the wall and looks great, it is good value and I would buy here again, only next time I will confirm by phone just to be sure.

Good service, good product

Incredibly prompt and good service
I placed my order for a 16kg radiator and valves after 9pm one evening and it was despatched (using the cheap FOC shipping option!) by 10am the next morning, arriving the following morning, correct and in good order. In the meantime I was up dated with an e/mail with a very easy link straight to the tracking website. Fantastic service and product....can't fault it! Thanks very much!

second time lucky
The bathroom cabinet I ordered was good value and stylish. The only trouble was the first one I was sent was badly damaged owing to poor packaging. The replacement arrived promptly, though, so good customer service. A shame it wasn't right first time.

Excellent service from Best Bathroom but bad service from delivery company
The service from Best Bathrooms was excellent but the delivery was not as good. One delivery - date agreed but delivery attempted on the wrong day & not in to receive it. Another delivery date agreed with delivery company. This came on a different date - luckily I was in !!! Unimpressed with delivery but really please with the product from Best Bathrooms.

Just what I was looking for
Really pleased with the service from this company. Order arrived within two days of ordering. It was packaged really well and arrived undamaged. i had been looking for a four drawer white bathroom unit for ages to put in our new bathroom.All the ones in the shops were either 2 0r 3 drawers or mixture with shelves . so when i found this on line i was so pleased. it comes already built up which is perfect for the family with no DIY skills. got delivered the wrong lenght item (but had to use it as I had plumber at home
ordered and paid for vanity set unit which should have been 650mm+650mm combined, but i ve got delivered 650mm+500mm instead.
i had to use it as i could not waste times changing it back.....
did not want to waste my time complaing and wasting time on waiting!!!!

We do state in our terms and conditions not to book any fitters before you have received the item so you can check for any problems like the one which has occurred.
To resolve the issue we would have collected and swapped the items over for you but unfortunately we did not have the chance to do this as you chose to fit it.

Bad service - unexplained delay
I have ordered a bath on the 16th April.
I called 3 times to know the delivery date.
The first two calls i was told that i would be called back, which never happened.
After the third call, I was given an estimate date of delivery but nobody could confirm what was happening to my order. The delivery date couldn't be confirmed either.
I expect a clear delivery date and an explanation of any delays.

As advised on the phone yesterday, your order is coming from a different supplier. When this happens we have to go in and collect this item and bring it back to our warehouse to dispatch for delivery but unfortunately the item hasn't been in stock.
I believe you spoke to my colleague yesterday who advised you we are due to get your bath in Thursday the 9th May for delivery the 13th May.
I apologise for the delay but do believe you were informed of this information yesterday.

Unfortunately it was damaged in transit.

TAPS AND SHOWER MIXER LOOK GOOD QUALITY
VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE THE SHOWER MIXER AND TAPS FEEL HEAVY AND LOOK GOOD QUALITY AND ARRIVED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF ORDERING. UNFORTUNATELY THE PLUMBER CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE SO NOT BEING FITTED UNTIL 7 MAY. SO FINGERS CROSSED THAT THEY LOOK AS GOOD IN SITU AS THEY DO IN THE BOX.
