My battery pack arrived within a week of ordering and I am delighted to recommend this cimpany to everyone who needs to purchase a battery - save yourself time and money by visiting them first as you won't need to go any further
At first I was not sure my order had gone through (as I never got an email to confirm after payment) so I had to contact them directly to get confirmation. They sent me through a basic order processing confirmation with no explanation for why I did not get this sooner, and no apologies for any error.
The website says that they ship via Royal Mail 2nd class but my order said it was shipped from H.K.. I was given a tracking number but this number was completely invalid on Royal mail and all the other companies they advertised as using. I therefore had no way of tracking my item so I sent another email asking why it was shipped from H.K when their website clearly state Royal mail, how I could track it, which company it was sent with and if I could have some sort of time scale for how long the item would take to get to me.
I was sent back a very rude answer and was told that they ship from H.K when their stocks were low (their website stated they had 10 of the item in stock) and that if I had paid for express delivery, I would of got it sooner!
At this point I would of let it go but I still had no way to track my item and after not getting any sort of answer on how I could track it, I was becoming worried that it may not have been sent.
I replied, telling them that there was no reason to be so aggressive and that I would of paid for the express option if I had been given a chance to. As it was, I placed the item in the basket and then it took me to Paypal, where I paid for the item and that was it, apparently the company will take your delivery details from Paypal directly. I was given no option to select a delivery option or put in my address details.
I reminded them that all my previous email had asked for was where my order was and how I could track it and from their non-response on the matter, I was becoming concerned that it may have been a scam.
The response I got from this was astounding!

"I really do not care what you think,, you did not pay for an express service, people like you want things yesterday and expect top pay nothing. You need to think on if you reckon my company is scamming you. Carry on making out that my company is a con,and you you can expect a letter from my friendly solitor."
I emailed back, again stating that all i wanted was a way to track my order and which company they had used to post the item. I honestly did not care if it took 1 day or 1 week but as a customer, I deserved to know where my item was. After all, they already had my money.
I told them that they could feel free to contact a solicitor, as I had done nothing wrong, I had nothing to fear and as they were being so evasive, I would give the item another week before I took any further action.
When the item finally turned up, I can wholeheartedly say that I have had no problems with it. It works beautifully and was a great price. I am just saddened by any lack of customer service let alone respect from this company, both of which are expected in this day and age. Sadly, there was none of either imo.
I would not use again!
Maybe I didn't check closely enough, but I didn't realise the batteries were coming from overseas. This was the only issue, they took longer to come than I expected. Otherwise, my phones are now working perfectly.
