very good service
good after sales i bought 5 column rads of varying sizes 2 had high gloss finish and 3 had a matt finish unfortunately this could not be resolved shame although they are both quite nice apparently they dont do them all in the same finish

Same As
Radiator fantastic but thermostat valve's faulty both times. Even the ones sent to replace the faulty ones dinted and scratched. Have not bothered to send back or ring as such a farse sending photos and ringing back couldnt be bothered,

Super item, Excellent price
Ordered a designer radiator and chrome valves. Very pleased with both.
Had some difficulty with ordering via website so rang the company. Very swiftly dealt with by a knowledgeable young lady at the other end. She was quickly able to confirm that the valves did indeed come as a pair, and took the order and payment over the phone.
I was advised the radiator would be delivered on the Wednesday but it arrived one day earlier. Valves followed a couple of days later. I was kept updated about the delivery and everything arrived well packaged and in A1 condition. I would happily order from this company again.

Not great
Couldn't decide whether my order was being delivered or not even tho we had received an automated voice message to say it was being delivered. Asked if they could give me a time they said after lunch, I stayed in all day and it arrived at 17:40. Don't think I will be using them again seemed very unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Sadly a bad experience!
Ordered a radiator at 10am on Thursday advised would be delivered next day by night freight. However Friday came and went had to cancel my plumber for the Saturday. Telephoned on the Tuesday as it was bank holiday Monday, to be advised that my radiator hadn't been dispatched as it had to be ordered from Pheonix and it would still take several more days before Best Heating received it let alone be dispatched to me. I should have been told this when I placed my order as I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. Then advised my refund would be processed in 3-5 days however 7 days later still no refund! Telephoned again to be told my refund hadn't been processed and would be another 3-5 days. No apology given just told it wasn't her fault her colleague hadn't processed it properly! I will avoid all branches of this company!

Light as a feather radiator but does the job!
Bought a radiator from BestHeating.com and it was hassle free, very friendly helpful staff and it was delivered the day after..... how's that for service. It is now hanging proudly in the kitchen and looks very stylish, I would definitely use them again next time we need anything.

Brilliant!
I bought a I ordered Milano Capri - Black Vertical Flat Panel Designer Radiator 1780mm x 354mm and it looks stunning. The plumber that fitted it couldn't believe the price and will be buying one too. The kitchen fitters commented on how nice it was too. the a Wednesday at lunch time and it was delivered the next morning. I didn't even pay extra for delivery. Extremely happy with the rad and the speedy service. Well Done!

dont buy a radiator
Tryed for two weeks to buy a radiator they kepet telling me it would be delivered the next day and when it dident arrive i phoned them again every three days because it never came , ended up going to the B&Q

Great service and product.

Do not use this company!!
I had a damaged radiator delivered to me, which they were unwilling to take back as I did not make the complaint within 7 days. I only wanted to get it installed 3 weeks after buying it and therefore did not take it out of the box until then (not that I could lift it anyways).
I am obviously very disappointed having to buy another radiator (and certainly not from Bestheating).
