The 3 bags of cat food arrived in good time. Unfortunately one was damaged at the top. I got in contact with your customer service and was dealt with really good. Once the pictures I sent through of the damaged was received a new bag was sent out. Gina was the person who dealt with me and I had no complaints how she dealt with the matter. I contacted her about what I should do with the damaged bag and she suggested to give it to an animal charity. I gave it to the Bristol Cats and Dogs home.
