excellent service and goid prices

I have used Bestpet several times and have received a very good service each time. There is a wide product range on offer and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Downside is the website has errors on it do have had to call to place a booking and recently I have purchased zylkene and calmex elsewhere due to lower prices. Otherwise I would have bought them from bestpet again. The calmec was nit only cheaper but also arrived less than 48 ,hours later by courier and I was given a one hour delivery slot. It was free delivery do maybe bestpet could look at offering the same.

very lengthy delivery

It took almost 3 weeks to get my cat food delivered. Given it is a prescription diet which means I can't get it in a normal shop it is just not good enough. The pet starves before you receive your order.

The order was placed on the 24th February and delivered on the 28th February, I am sorry if we have been running a little later than usual on this particular order, but we have been extremely busy and working very hard to meet the demand.We aim to ensure there is no delay outside the shipping time.

No customer service following error

I have used BestPet a few times now with no problems Ordered online and received within a few days at a great price! With my last order I tried a different brand and to cut a long story short i was sent the correct dosage for my smaller dog (in original packaging) but incorrect dosage for my larger dog (not in original packaging). I immediately spotted the mistake and emailed BestPet but when i didnt receive a reply within a few days, called to be told I had made the mistake not them! What followed were a series of phonecalls, a photo to prove my claim and then returning the items. Mistakes happen but we found most of the phone operators to be extremely rude and were told by one that we were wrong as vets dont make mistakes! We did receive the correct items eventually but no phonecall (as promised) email or even a note. This experience has really put me off BestPet.

Good; prices very competative, certainly much cheaper than local vet.
-delivery efficient and orders complete on time

bad; ordering via quidco does not always generate cashback. Could be a quidco problem but a disappointment anyway

was good except for sizeable price increase

Service was excellent, but the price of 24 tins of Hills CD cat food has increased by over 33% in the last month from £22 to £30 which is ridiculous. I have since moved to viovet.

brilliant service, shame about the stock

We are often let down because your supplier doesn't deliver the live reptile food on time, and we have been asking for two weeks for a heat bulb. The staff are always very apologetic and as helpful as possible under the circumstances.

Fast, efficient, and at a reasonable cost

The product range is really good and best of all the prices are very competitve. I would not go anywhere else for my pet medication, its convenient and so far very trustworthy way of purchasing.

Brilliant value, delivered to my door!

I've been buying Royal Canin Weight Control food (by the ton it seems!!) since
one of my Cavalier Spaniels was diagnosed as being diabetic. I found BestPet
on-line and as my dogs are "best pets" I thought I would give them a whirl.

Never a problem, always delivered on time. Friendly voice on the other end of the
phone. Cheaper than most, what more can you ask for??

Excellent quick service

I had to find specific food for my cats condition I found it easily on the website and the email and txts to let you know when the food is coming are great especially the one that gives u an hour window of when its gonna be delivered as I worry I'm going to run out of food!

The prices are so much cheaper than the vets. I always buy my worming tablets and flea treatments for both the cat and dogs. Have a look and compare - its brill. They also despatch your goods really quickly. I,m so glad i found this site-it has saved me pounds.

Service good - product not quite so this time

The Hills ZD ultra this time contained fluid I have never experienced before.
Was it stored outside appropriate temperature range?

Having said this the service supplied by BestPet is always efficient.

Placed order online, it arrived in a timely manner and was correct. Packaging not over the top

Easy to order, free postage and fast delivery

Excellent product. Frontline wasn'y working, so after talking to the vet, thought that I would try out Advantage. So far very pleased, no more fleas and all of the skin allergy symptons have disappeared too.

Royal Canin Westie 21 food

Ordered 4kg pack on 9 March, confirmed by email. Not delivered by 13 March, sent email requesting news, order delivered 22 March. Very disappointed with service, will look for alternative supplier next time.

Best pet - best service

Very good and efficient service. Have ordered online and over the phone and the assistant was very helpful, friendly and professional. Have used best pet services for over 3 years and would highly recommend them.

One of the best on-line retailers

BestPet is the retailer I always check out first when I need anything for my four legged friend. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Sadly my first dog passed away last summer and I still had two complete 12 kg bags of Royal Canin food. I contacted them and they were so sympathetic, within days thay had arranged for the food to be returned. As soon as my new member of the family arrived I started buying from them again. They seem to be the best value for money too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dreadful customer service

You send an email with a question, you get a prompt reply (usually) but they dont actually answer the questions you ask them!

You give delivery access instructions because you work full time, they simply ignore the instructions meaning you have to take time off work to collect your parcel from royal mail offices which open at pointless hours!

You are promised a discount off your next order for the hassle but they simply ignore this also and deny all knowledge of this offer!

I would give 0 stars if there was an option!!! Will not use again once my prescription has finished! If you have a poorly animal, do not rely on this company to deliver your medicines efficiently!
