I recently purchased a Sureflap cat flap which was needed as I was going into hospital at short notice. I emailed Bestpet to let them know the urgency and the cat flap was delivered the next working day! I was delighted with the cat flap and obtained it at the best price. Excellent company who give that little bit extra. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
I am sure that there must be a way to monitor & inform clients of the level of medication left on the prescription than the rather haphazard way employed at the moment.
Otherwise, the telephonists are very helpful & friendly and the shipment of medication prompt accurate & efficient.
Extremely vexed that my order took a lot longer than 3 to 5 working days to arrive with zero notification from BestPet that they had run out of the product I had ordered.
I am sick and tired of misleading emails which annouce 15% off until midnight only to discover after much research that it applies to purchasing X amount of goods. A real turn-off and a hunt for another supplier is called for.
I ordered products and 1 week later their first class delivery had not been received! When I called them about this I was told it would be another 3?dadays - cancelled order. Don't buy if you are in a hurry!
All medications and supplies I have received have been prompt and well packaged. Insulin supplies are delivered next day by prior arrangement to allow for safe transportation of the insulin in chilled conditions.
Also, Best Pet have very competitive prices without compromising the standard of the medication or supplies.

I order diabetic dog food monthly as well as other items so my monthly spend is substantial. The last 3 orders have taken well over the delivery time you say and when I try to phone, I keep getting cut off before I get to speak to anyone. What's up???
I am very pleased with the service Best Pet provide. I have two comments though.
1) Too much plastic packaging, i.e. Bubble wrap around a plastic bottle and pre-packaged goods! Please go the extra mile to be eco friendly, NO More Plastic packaging and plastic cable ties.
2) When I first used Best Pet, I was sent via e mail different offers, this seems to have stopped. As a regular long standing customer I would like to be sent offers to encourage me to stay ordering with them and not be tempted to look around at other companies.
I have been ordering from BestPet for several years now and how found their service fiirst class. Ordering is always easy and their prompt delivery makes life so much easier for me as I am elderly. Prices are considerably cheaper than my local vets too which is good as my cat seems to get through her special diet food at a rapid rate!

I phone this company today see if I could place an order, of my usual cat food over the phone, I also wanted to bye one box of salmon 12 packets at the same time. The person whom I was talking to, said I could only bye what was advertised on the net 4 boxes 12 packets per box price £31.90. I said that I only wanted to try the salmon to see if my cat would like it. The person representing this company said sorry but you can only bye what's advertised on the web site. My reply to that was. THANK YOU GOODBYE.
I would recommend the service, the prices of each item. The company is well established with a good client base . They are current in their range of products. They will also take prescriptions from your own vet and save you money when they fill the prescription. Delivery is speedy , the goods well packaged. I have shopped with them for years . The online site is easily negotiated . Recommendations appear on sites such as Ciao a consumer rated site. I would recommend them without reservation.
I order medication for my dog every month and have always received the best treatment from Bestpet. The order usually arrives within a couple of days of ordering online, and they keep in contact via email - if I have ever had to ring up about a problem they are always very helpful and polite, and sort it out very quickly and efficiently.
I like to ensure my cat receives the best possible food i can give her . Having tried all manner of foods , i decided to have a live chat with someone form best pet online to ask advice. i started the chat and the person i spoke to was incredibly helpful and provided advice for me to make an informed choice about feeding my cat a high quality natural food , and chose applaws dry food. The price was excellent in comparison to elsewhere and service quick and all with free delivery . Great site , great service and great price .
Thought I was getting a bargain as the price of my purchase was very competitive but the service was a nightmare from start to finish. Firstly I was sent the wrong order, then I was told that the wrong order would be collected the next day, it wasn't. Communication between Bestpet and the courier was non existent. I was told my correct order would be delivered on the Monday (I was told this on the Friday) but did not receive it until the Thursday. All I got from Bestpet was an email apology, no discount or a voucher of my potential next order as compensation. Needless to say I won't be placing another order. I'd rather pay more to receive good service!
On both occasions your team sorted the situation out without to much difficulty. However, as stated above the simple fix is better packaging and handling of goods. The standard packaging has remained the same since moving from medicanimal to bestpet for the same reasons (continula receipt of damaged goods), I hope you take this reveiw constructivily, I'm sure you don't have to replace damaged goods or I receive them.
Have always checked my orders before but didn't this time. What a shock when |I finally opened the package to discover that instead of 2 14 kg bags of Pro Plan for Cassie there was only one and of course it was more than the specified 5 days to notify if the order was incorrect. I will certainly not be doing that again..
