One of the best on-line retailers

BestPet is the retailer I always check out first when I need anything for my four legged friend. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Sadly my first dog passed away last summer and I still had two complete 12 kg bags of Royal Canin food. I contacted them and they were so sympathetic, within days thay had arranged for the food to be returned. As soon as my new member of the family arrived I started buying from them again. They seem to be the best value for money too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Dreadful customer service

You send an email with a question, you get a prompt reply (usually) but they dont actually answer the questions you ask them!

You give delivery access instructions because you work full time, they simply ignore the instructions meaning you have to take time off work to collect your parcel from royal mail offices which open at pointless hours!

You are promised a discount off your next order for the hassle but they simply ignore this also and deny all knowledge of this offer!

I would give 0 stars if there was an option!!! Will not use again once my prescription has finished! If you have a poorly animal, do not rely on this company to deliver your medicines efficiently!

Prompt delivery, well packaged

The website is easy to navigate and it is a great bonus to have the 'reorder' option for past purchases. Delivery is in a sturdy box and is always within the delivery time scale. Thank you!

Brilliant service

I place my order and they let me know they have accepted it. I get notified its on its way and I'm given a time slot of an hour, in which it does arrive! It couldn't be better. Very reliable and no hanging about all day for delivery! Simple but effective

A great company, but a poor webpage.

Prices are good, offers are good. Free delivery is great but the webpage is a pain in the backside. I purchase my goods then checkout and enter my account details. Then the basket is empty. So I enter the goods again and I'm logged out. Needs fixing fast, if I'm going to carry on using Bestpet.

Great Prices - Great Service - Free Delivery

I buy food and supplements from BestPet. The prices are fantastic, made even cheaper sometimes with special offers.
I do suggest ordering in plenty of time as it can take a few days to arrive... Not bad though as delivery is FREE.
Would recommend!

A very good company,if you order on line your order is delivered within a couple of days,i couldn't fault them till what I used to order went up a coupld of quid, then I had to go shopping about to find it cheaper,which I did!

ive;d , used best pet for about 4 years now, very cheap on the frontline flea and tic treatment, ordered on line, paid on line and reieved through the post about 3 days later, as simple as that, cant fault the service 10/10

My Pets are the Best Pets

It is so convenient to be able to have are pet food delivered. It is quality vetinary quality food that gives my miniature wirehaired dachund and my black and white cat the very best to keep them healthy. My dog suffers from a sensitive stomach so he has to have Hills Prescription ID Diet and I choose to give my cat Hills Presciption TD diet to keep her teeth clean. I also take the opportunity at the same time of buying these Logic teeth gel which they share but the dog has more. They both enjoy their food and you could not get a happier of healthier pair of best friends.

My cat is diabetic and my vet suggested I buy special diabetic food from them. However, I found a very good food from Best Pet much cheeper and it is delivered to my doorstep. My cat Henry loves the food- what more do I want?

I would say to anyone look on line at BestPet.
With Max our dog suffering from really bad allergies we have to have Hills dried food and BestPet is the cheapest by far and no delivery charge.
Our last order I made a mistake with the order but the staff went out of their way to help and put it right.

I have been shopping with 'best pet' for years and buy all my dog's wormers, flea treatment and other medication. It is so much cheaper than anywhere I've used before. I was recommended by a friend for the great prices on Frontline for my dog and cat, and then started to purchase their worming stuff aswell. When my dog became old and ill, i was gettin prescription treatment every month costing nearly £100, until i found it was sold on Best pet for just over £15!! plus £8 for my vets prescription and the price of a stamp to send it, i was soon saving an awful lot of money!!! Unfortunatly i no longer have my dog but i still use Best pet for all my cats stuff and recommend to everyone!!!!!
