CÓMODO Y MUY ÚTIL PARA UN DÍA DE PASEO EN EL CALUROSO DUBAI
El servicio está muy bien, las rutas incluyen todos los puntos turísticos que el viajero quiere conocer de la ciudad, el recorrido de una hora en barco es interesante y se además se agradece mucho que den botellas de agua mineral gratis sin limite, porque el clima es tan caluroso que uno necesita hidratarse continuamente y mas si se está paseando.
El único punto que debería mejorarse, es que extiendan un poco mas el horario, por lo menos hasta al menos las 19hs, que aún es de día. Evidentemente el interés de ellos, es venderte la extensión del recorrido nocturno, pero estaría bien que agreguen horas de servicio a los billetes diurnos, ya sea extendiendo una hora o empezando una hora antes por la mañana, que sería genial para evitar el calor.

Take the 2-days tour!!
Hi,
the tour was exciting, giving a great overview of the beautiful and fascinating things that are to be seen in Dubai.
However, 1 one day ticket is not enough to see the whole picture and enjoy all beautiful places, shopping malls and dhow river cruise ! Therefore, if you have some time left, please make sure that you have the 2 days-ticket!!!

I have a sugeestion to make each sto one hour or one hour and a half .half an hour is nothing.u can barely go to the toilet and not even have time to eat at lunch so please to improve this
Please also regarding Abu Dhabi tour, it was frustrating that the departure is from Wafi mall

I HAD TO WEAKE UP EARLY MORNING AND RUN LIKE CRAZY WITH MY MOTHER WHOS 65 YEARS OLD TO REACH WAFI AND THEN AGIN THE BUS PASSED RIGHT NEXT TO MY HOUSE
SO WE WERE EXHAUSTED BEFORE WE EVEN DEPART AS IT IS VERY ILLOGIC TO MAKE DEPARTURE AT WAFI MALL
NOT ALL PEOPLE HAVE CARS AND ITS TOO EXPENSIVE TO TAKE TAXI TO WAFI
PLEASE TO AMEND IT AS IT IS VERY UNSUITABLE
ASLO I HAVE SUGGESTED TO MAKE THE TIME BETWEEN EACH STOP IN DUBAI ONE HOUR AND A HALF
.IT IS NOT ENOUGH TIMEEEEEE TO GIVE US ONLY HALF AN HOUR

Three cheers to Red Bus...!
We travelled to Dubai as a family in the first week of May. We chose Red bus to see Dubai during the day. We did both the red line as well as the blue line on 2 consecutive days... Our experience was great. We reommend this strongly. The cold water bottles was a great plus..Thanks

It is a great way to do the travelling and exploration around the city . The night tour is absolutely fantastic and really enjoyable as stated its a must do it you want to see the transition :).

Great concept, average delivery.
The positives of the tour are as follows:
- It takes in all of the places of relevance in Dubai and allows you to take a whistlestop tour of the city in a day.
- Within the price of your ticket is included free entry to the museum and the sheik's house.
- A Creek cruise is also included.
- Free water is given out on board and much appreciated.
- Air conditioning is available in the indoor areas of the bus.
The negatives we experienced were as follows:
- Having planned to arrive at our nearest stop at the earliest time given on the online map, we discovered the timings were incorrect and we could have arrived earlier. This meant we missed out on about 90 minutes which would have allowed us to do more hopping on and off.
- The sales person we met was particularly pushy and then became disinterested when she realised we were unable to book the additional second day, due to other commitments.
- The sales person forgot to provide us with headphones, meaning we spent the first part of the journey without commentary before being able to ask the driver to provide us with some at the next stop.
- The information given was sometimes repeated.
- There are no timetables available, meaning you run the risk of a wait at the stop without knowing when to time your return.
In conclusion, the concept is great but a more helpful representative and a greater presentation of information would have made the tour at least 4 stars and probably even 5.

Abu Dhabi tour is not as good as the big bus Dubai tour
Disappointing operation in Abu Dhabi compared to the Dubai tour!!
The biggest problem is the waiting time at each stop once you have visited the place of interest. In Dubai the bus arrives very quickly at each stop but in Abu Dhabi your left waiting which is very frustrating especially in the hot weather!
I wasn't very impressed & at my last place of interest I got a taxi instead of waiting for the bus again!!

The perfect way of discovering Abu Dhabi
Great experience, good route, kind staff, I can only recommend ! Even free bottled water is included and this is convenient when it is hot in Abu Dhabi!! The ticket can be booked by the concierge of the hotel. It is valid 24 hrs from the first utilization which is good but you have to keep in mind that the bus operates "only" from 9-19h and if you start you trip from Abu Dhabi Mall it starts only at 10 am... and you have to have your trip ENDED at the 24h limit, so everything is quite limited for the 24hrs in reality but still a good deal.

Very convenient way to roam around Dubai.
Blue line is wonderful to visit all the iconic places of the modern Dubai. The only place that should be added to the route, is the Marina.
Red line is good but less interesting than the blue line. It includes the dhow cruise which is very nice, however after doing the cruise, getting a space in the bus is quite difficult, because many people what's to hop on the bus and limited space.
Overall good service, convenient and reliable.

nice experience with Big Bus Tour in Adu Dhabi and Dubai
I've had a chance to join my first Big Bus Tour in Abu Dhabi. I found it's an interesting experience for those who have never been to Middle East as the tour route already include all significant sightseeing into the route map. So it's very conveneince and flexible. We can manage time ourself and decide the each stop which we are willing to visit on our own. I found that if i buy the tour ticket in Abu Dhabi, i'll get discount to buy the tour ticket to Dubai. So I took a chance to visit Dubai. I also get the discount ticket to visit the Burj Kharifa building. The route in Dubai is more interesting and more stops to visit.
The staffs in each stop are very helpful and knowledgeable on the destination in the route. They can provide the informaiton, giving the suggestion including advice the alternative choices which matches our plan. They are very friendly and helpful. The driver also be informative and supportive. Overall satisfaction is good.

Fantastic Way to see the Main Points of Dubai!
I was in Dubai for 8 days to visit friends but due to unforeseen circumstances, they were unable to take me around the area. The Hop On - Hop Off bus was the perfect means to see the best of the area! I was able to get off at the locations I most wanted to see in depth and spend as much time there as I wanted...then catch the next bus to come along. Riding on the top of the bus was perfect for my insatiable desire to photograph every inch of city but when it became too hot in the sun, I was able to sit in the air conditioning and cool off until my next destination as well. Buy your ticket online in advance to get the best deal! This was an amazing experience for a girl from a small American town and I can't recommend this way of seeing Dubai in a more enthusiastic manner!

Fantastic Experience in Dubai!!
Hi,
We had taken a short trip to Dubai and choosing to see Dubai via Big Bus tour was a very good decision! We enjoyed this trip and would recommend the same to friends and families.
Some improvements suggested:
1.Improve quality of the earphone,sound quality
2.Arrangement of water etc.
3.the rooftop section has vertical supports for roof,it will be good if those are removed/reduced to enable unobstructued photography.

Biggups For The Big Bus Tour Dubai!!
I'm a big fan of bus tours in cities I visit & my Dubai experience didn't disappoint. The map is extremely helpful with the highlighted routes so you can plan your landmarks/historical site visits accordingly. We conveniently boarded the Big Bus next to our hotel with the Wafi City Mall stop & the hop on/off feature is effortless. The bus comes in frequent 20 minutes intervals so doesn't feel as though the wait is maddening. They are modern, clean, & doesn't hurt that in the sweltering Dubai heat they are air-conditioned. Those who want to continue to "blow dryer in your face feeling" can in the open seats upstairs. It comes with a few perks as well from a pair of decent quality ear buds (for guided tour information as you travel between stops) & free tickets for a water taxi/dhow dinner cruise/entry into Dubai Museum + Sheikhs home. I'd recommend the tour for your 1st day in Dubai as you get a general layout of the city & can be educated on the origins & recent growth of the city...

Dubai in a Day, Big Bus leads the Way.
I believe if you're in Dubai for a day or two, and is not road or metro savvy, Big Bus is the solution for you to tour around. It may sound pricey, but it saves time looking for places like a tourists and saves on your taxi expenditure. The only reason why there's no 5 stars rating is simply because the lady who were giving out the booklets at Deira City Center is extremely snobbish, condescending and unfriendly. I mean, she is the front line of the Red Line, and if that attitude is what we see first, it just doesn't cut out for a tour service. That being said, the bus service itself is efficient, timely and well informed.

Good service but a pricey
Friendly service by the operators and the tour on the bus lasted 45 minutes without getting off. Some of the venue stops were not interesting and the old markets were absent from the tour. Abu Dhabi tourist stops is still lacking as development is ongoing. Better once the development is ready by 2015.

excellent but bit expensive
i have been to big bus tours in london, istanbul, frankfurt, dubai and abu dhabi. i found it very nice with excellent punctuality in timing and services. only a bit expensive. timing also should be extended from 8 am to 7 pm.

nice trip but we are a little dissapointed
In overall the trip is very nice; however, more expensive than in the other cities.
We are little bit dissaponinted because...
We had total of 5 people buying a 24hrs tickets. We had our tickets expired only for about 15mins when the rain came down in Dubai. We kindly asked if we could drive down with the BIG BUS only 1 STOP to the metro station. There were no people on the bus whatsoever. Unfortunately, they refused to give us a lift just for this one stop....not nice

Excellent
I really liked about your travels is full choice is given to customers and we can choose the interest/time accordingly. Buses frequency is also.
Suggestion: Better to cover the top layer on the bus entirely. It is giving trouble when raining. Covering with Transparent thin plastic on top layer of side directions with open option will be more flexible.

Really nice but expensive
Perfect for who are in short time at the city. Only two things: 1) the time should be extended from 9:00-17:00 to 7:30-19:30. The city it's huge and probably is not enough to see all the tour highlights... 2) the price should be lower

great ti see the country in one day
It was really great to see the whole country in one day. Very comprehensive with the blue/red lines. The buses were on time; staff were helpful some of the places were free; the picture on the boat costs 40 dirhams and paid 30 after bargaining ;).

Take the walking tour and night tour, to get the most out if
As a single person staying in Dubai the Bus Tour appealed as an easy way to see some aspects of the city and gain an overall impression of the place. Certainly you do get that, but without the experience of an actual guide it feels just a bit half hearted and when the recording on the dhow cruise stops playing mid sentence and no one bothers to ensure it finishes you do feel there is little care.
That said I enjoyed the live commentary of the guide I had by coincidence for the souk walking tour and the night tour. Maricar added enough humour to make it fun and she genuinely seemed interested in her job.
Considering a bus tour is not something I would not normally endure as I find it so tedious sitting, preferring to walk, but Dubai is so spread out it would be difficult to see much of it without the transport. And listening to a recording can be insightful at times.

BigBus Tours Dubai - a great experience
We took the red tour the first day, the blue tour the second day and we really got a great view of Dubai. The bus stopps at all the main places for tourists. There is a bus every 20 minutes!
I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants to discover Dubai in a easy way!
The People working for BigBus were really friendly and helpfull!
There are free headphones and you can choose between 5 languages for the tour.

The perfect tour to Dubai
Big Bus tour on Dubai was very good, the routes passes by all the main attractions and gives a good knowledge of the history of them all. I've done the 48h tour that gives a stress free way to visit all. 20 minutes between bus arrival is fine, but remember that they are affected by traffic, making the time sheet do delay a little bit. The discount voucher book was also a good thing.
I'm satisfied with the service of the BigBus tours offered me.

I have made the big bus tour of Dubai and since I only had one day to visit the city it was perfect as it covered most highlights. However in my opinion the tours should run at least until 8pm (they finish at 5pm) because if we stop for some time in some of the stops we will not have time to see everything or to try the two different tours.

There is access to all the hot spots of dubai. There is a long "siesta" in dubai between 13 and 16 pm . The souks and many attractions are closed . These hours are missing at the end of the day . Maybee it's possible to end the daytours not at 7pm- better 9 or 10 pm. Thank you for the great experience

Funny time in Dubai thanks to big bus tour
Perfect routes for foreigners to get a view on Dubai. Well organised with stops at city highlights. Frequency of buses for hop on / hop off is convinient.
