I placed an order for flowers to be sent to my boyfriends work in december and i am still waiting for these flowers to arrive ..
I have tried calling and emailing all emails are returned undelivered and when i call i am on hold for up to 25 minutes and then i am cut off ..
It was my grandmothers 77th Birthday last month so I decided to order some flowers online as she lives in Liverpool and I am in London, therefore it was not an option to take flowers to her. Unfortunately I came across this god awful company! Ordered the flowers on the 16th April to be delivered on the 17th April, after waiting in the house for 2 days my grandmother finally received them on the 19th April! This company send flowers in the post rather than with a courier! I was utterly embarrassed when my grandmother called me to say thanks but how awful the flowers were; they were dying a horrible death and looked nothing like the pictures! After contacting Natasha at Bloomin Delightful she confirmed another lot of flowers would be sent, another 2 days went past, and my Grandmother was unable to go out AGAIN! If only we had realised that we would still be waiting for these flowers a month later!!!!!!!! So as any unhappy customer would I emailed Natasha (as they do not have a telephone number!) asking for a refund and low and behold the email address bounced back... I have been trying to contact them for the last 3 weeks and the emails keep bouncing back! I will most definitely be reading reviews in future! This company have probably changed their name and will keep doing the same in the future! If they do re-open STAY AWAY!!!!!!
I wish i had read these reviews before i ordered from this dreadful company!!! I am in shock they are still in business as i can see that their awful reviews date back quite a few years. I ordered flowers and a balloon for my friends birthday, they never arrived, when i chased them they apologised and finally delivered two weeks late!!! To add insult to injury they sent a 'Congratulations' balloon instead of a 'Happy Birthday' balloon. When i complained they said ' they reserve the right to change the balloon' ......horrific. I have demanded a refund and have received nothing. PLEASE AVOID THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I ordered flowers for my daughters 18th birthday......they never arrived. How can this company be allowed to trade this way. I shall be seeking a full refund and actively promoting to all NEVER to use this company.
As others have said.....one star is too good for this excuse for a company.

Awful customer service, I won't be using again.
I ordered a delivery of flowers before 5pm on Friday for Saturday delivery (as promised on their website) but the flowers were not delivered on the Saturday at all. Somebody finally emailed me back on the Monday saying that my order was placed after 5pm on Friday and the flowers would be arriving either Tuesday or Wednesday.
I sent them over proof of the time my order was placed and the time my card was charged (all before 5pm) and requested my money back, and for the order to be cancelled, as Tues/Weds was far too late for delivery and not at all what I had paid for.
The so called 'manager' that has been responding to my emails is refusing to cancel the delivery or refund my money, and to be honest the poorly spelt immature nature of her emails have been nothing short of insulting.
I have tried to call the company, but nobody ever answers the phone, and now they are refusing to answer my emails.
I am now in the process of trying to claim my money back, but that's difficult when they do not bother to answer their phone or respond to your emails.
I've been in touch with Trading Standards, and suggest that anyone else who has received similar shoddy service from this company does the same.

shame i nave to give it even one star should be a minus sign there.
had no conformation email emailed them 4 times not reply's phoned them up but kept hanging on the line for over an hour 3 times still never got to talk to anyone. have now asked them to cancel the order just wondering how long it will take to get my money back from them.
do yourself a favor don't use this company.
I ordered some flowers in the period between Christmas and New Year as a thank you for a family friend. They were ordered on-line with the promise of 24 hours later. After a few days they hadn't arrived - I then tried contacting the company by phone and mail to chase, but to no avail. A day or two later I mailed them again to cancel the order. I then re-ordered from a more reliable supplier who fullfilled the order that day. Over a week after the original order (and despite my cancellation) Bloomin Deligtful decided to send the items. I truely have not encountered such appalling customer service as offered by this company. I would have reviewed with nil stars but the system won't allow me to do that, so one it is.
Over the years, Ive sent flowers from Bloomindelightful, twice to cousins for their 80th birthday and once for a funeral. On each occasion they arrived on time and were top quality. I can only speak as I find, but I have no complaints whatsoever.
I received the fresh flowers with a balloon and a box of chocolates a day before my birthday a surprise present from my daughter and I love it!!! Lola Nida
Ordered for Mothering Sunday, the flowers were delivered the Wednesday before and were dead before Sunday. When I complained, this is the reply I received -
"With perishable goods such as flowers we are not able to guarantee how long they should last for, we do expect them to last for a minimum period of three days from receipt"

Received bunch of roses yesterday which lookd as though they are about a week old.Sent a text but of course no reply..No point in phoning premium rate phone no as this is throwing good money after bad.Avoid this co at all cost
Seven of us put too for flowers for our friend 65th birthday, hoping we would have beautiful flowers for her on her birthday, they arrived one day before they were arranged for at the hotel we were all staying to celebrate, I so wish I had read reviews before I ordered, they were rubbish nothing like the picture on the web site, it was embarrassing to give our friend these flowers, no lillys or roses as discribed, we could have got a better bunch for £5,

No email confirmation, no response from their expensive 0844 line. Have fired off an email requesting a refund as it looks like from the reviews the flowers either won't be delivered or will be days late.
i ordered flowers for my mum's return for a long overseas trip.
i ordered them on the Friday (lunch) for next day delivery and by the time the flowers were received (1 Week after the expected delivery date!) my mum had left again.
When i called to find out what was keeping the delivery, a voicemail informed me that Bloomingdelightful was actually closed for the entire Easter Holidays and someone would get back to me on Tuesday (4 days post delivery date).
Customer service is a joke at this place - as is their delivery policy!
if delivery couldn't have been made when requested - this should have been highligted. Nowhere on the website did i state that they were closed for the Easter Holiday so orders would be 1 WEEK LATE.
Most disappointed.

I ordered some flowers baloon and chcolates for an 80th birthday they never turned up laqst saturday, still not arrived, being told by that they dont track orders and they cant refund me until the flowers are received back there, which will probably be never as i dont think they have even sent them. They use the excuse of not tracking orders as a get out clause to rip people off, i dont even think this company are sending flowers out they are taking our money for nothing and ripping everyone off. This company needs to be stopped and put out of business
Working for a company that is obviously a scam judging by all the complaints it receives leads me to think how its employees sleep at night. They are aware and are dealing with public unhappiness on a daily basis. Where is the job satisfaction in that? Especially dealing with such an emotive commodity as flowers that are representative of happiness and mourning. Blooming Delightful must be a very sad lot of individuals. Maybe I should send you some flowers from Interflora to cheer you up as at least you will get them as promised and on time.
I have also had a lot of hassle from this company I ordered 'next day' (a week in advance) flowers, chocolates a teddy and balloon for my best friends birthday last year as we live hundreds of miles away from each other. They never arrived I spent 2 weeks calling a premium rate number with no answer and emailing repeatedly they all bounced back.
I then contacted the bank who issued a refund.
since then Blooming delightful have been messaging and writing to me threatening legal action as I have 'fraudulently recalled the money'. They have told me they will now be writing to the recipient to get the money from them!
This company is a joke I asked for tracking details and I was told they don't use tracking so I asked for proof of postage I was told they don't have it.
I have been called a liar and a thief by this company (so has my friend who didn't receive her gifts and was left very upset) I will be pursuing legal action for harassment as it has now been 3 months and even though I have repeatedly requested they don't contact me again unless it is through a solicitor I'm still getting almost daily emails and letters!

I bought flowers for mothers day on the 07/03/2012 and selected delivery on the saturday i was wanting to cheer my mum up too so ordered flowers with chocolates and a balloon. It came to saturday someone was home allday while my mum was in bed not very well but no flowers and royal mail did come but not with the flowers i was on facetime with my sister so i could see my mums face light up. I rang the company but only realised there a mon-fri company which is wierd, It got to monday i rang them could not get through at all i rang both numbers but found the 020 number was cheaper. I finally managed to get through and spoke to a rude women saying the flowers will come by wednesday i said it was mothers day sunday and told them its too late i had to go buy more gifts so i want a full refund they said no you cant they are perishable items i said you can stick your comments where the sun dont shine i will file a visa dispute if i have not have a full refund by the 14th march she hung up on me. I then got in contact with ian mcCulloch at moneyclaims4u.com who will get me conpensation

Please whatever you do DONT buy from this rip off company! Customer Services dont give a sh*t! My son spent his pocket money on flowers for Mothers day for me, i wasnt in when they arrived by Royal Mail (of all things), they went back to the sorting office for me to collect 48hrs later. I picked them up thinking they would be ok because they would be in a little pot of water (they are from places like Interflora for just that reason) but NO, they were dead! Customer services comment 'We cant be held responsible if you are not in the accept delivery'! Fine i know you cant but you could make sure your flowers arent dead when collected and that they are fit for purpose! Son very upset and now has no money! DONT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT NICE FLOWERS AND A GOOD SERVICE!!
Bloomin Delightful? Bloomin Deplorable more like! Like so many others, Mothering Sunday flowers of exceptionally poor quality arriving days late - and the company is not in the least bit interested. Wished I'd checked out the reviews before I used them. Share your experience with all your contacts and on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter networks so they don't rip anyone else off.
flowers arrived nearly a week late for mothers day should of checked the reveiws first.. it seems that many others have faced the embarrassment of this company.

I ordered some flowers for mum for Mother's Day, they said they don't deliver on Sundays so I selected for then to be delivered on the Saturday, however they were sent to her on Wednesday whilst she was at home so ended up having to go and pick them up from the post office herself the following day! I emailed them to ask why they had not been delivered on the day I requested and I have not yet had a reply from them and I don't think I will. Stick to Interflora, I've used ten before and service was excellent!

ordered flowers and I was one of the lucky ones ,they actually arrived. What a disappointment ,nothing like the pictures on web site.5 roses and 3 lily stems ,with 8 lily flowers .Pictures show at least double.
Contacted blooming flowers and sent picture and they had the cheek to say the right amount of flowers were in the bouquet. Told to let the flowers open and guess what ,half the flowers didn't even open and the flowers were all dead within a week.
Have now contacted watchdog and I am trying to contact the awful company and they are now blocking my e-mails ,or they have that many complaints as it sates their mail box is full .and not answering the phone line.
NOTHING BLOOMING ABOUT THIS COMPANY.AVOID AT ALL COSTS

my daughter ordered me a bouquet of flowers for mothers day which i have STILL not received but they have taken the money from her bank for them.. i am appalled and disgusted as she has sent numerous email with no reply and the telephone line is constantly engaged.. i am absolutely gutted at the fact she has lost £35 because of this pathetic company.. will be contacting watchdog and also the bank to see if she can do anything about it.

Best thing to do is not wast your time and energy with these arse holes ! Phone your bank, I got a refund and they are dealing directly with the company, easy. You have to tell the bank its a scam, also contact watch dog. Good luck unhappy people x

My mum wasn't around on Mother's Day as she was on holiday. As website suggests you can select a date for delivery. I emailed to confirm this and was told it would come up during checkout.
Nothing came up so within minutes of placing order I emailed asking if flowers could be sent later as I'd been advised they could. I was told no as perishable items cannot be cancelled. I did not want cancellation I wanted an amendment on delivery. Emailed back and I've been ignore, ignored and ignored again.
Sought legal advice who agreed there is no option to select a date for delivery and emailed them. Ignored again.
They were delivered last fri. My mum came back today to find a wet box at the side of the house with some half dead flowers that were half the size of those advertised. I will be sueing for damages and lying to increase sales/false advertisement.
What I find particularly ridiculous is that other people who WANT their flowers on time don't get them, but I had the opposite problem. It's as if bloomin delightful (more like bloomin terrible) intentionally try to piss their customers off.

After ordering a set of flowers which looked lovely on the photo for mother's day, not only did the flowers come 4 days early they were a disappointment, looked nothing like the size on the picture, and all the box was wet, this is very upsetting as I don't live near my mum so I thought it would be a nice surprise. I wish I read these comments first.

Ordered mothers day flowers to be delivered friday 8.3.13 as they are closed over the weekend today 11.3.13 still not been recieved ive sent 2 emails but no response absolutely disgusted with their service my mum lives 300 miles away so not like i can pop round with abother bouquet

I ordered some flowers for Mother's Day and requested the order be delivered on the Friday ready to give on the Sunday. The flowers was delivered on the Wednesday of that week and also the flowers looked nothing like they did on the website. The green foliage was brown and dead and even the flowers was brown. There was no coloured wrapping as shown on the website and no bow just a tightly wrapped piece of ribbon that looked unsightly and cellophane. I paid 19.99 then the cheek was when they added an extra 75p for a debit card payment.the flowers look like I got them from a garage forecourt and the quality of the flowers is very poor.avoid at all costs. I have tried to email and phone with no response so ill be contacting my bank and go down that route. Wish I'd seen these complaints sooner and no idea how they are still trading.

I ordered flowers on the 13/2 online, the delivery date stated 14/2 , great I thought and had them delivered to my wife's work address for a nice surprise on valentines day. The flowers were delivered a day late on the 15/2 and as my wife works part time she was not there to receive them . I ended up buying another bouquet of flowers for her on the 14/2. I have sent the company 2 x emails with no response. I wish I had stuck with what I know and used inter flora as I have never been let down by them. I would never use bloomindelightful again.

This is what they told me after sending the wrong bouquet, half withered flowers on the wrong day,
"I understand what you are saying but I have to follow all company policies under all circumstances, it was explained to you that this may happen and you had agreed to this before placing your order with us, if you had read this and was worried you may not get what you had ordered then you should have called us or emailed us so we can check for you."
Stay far away from this company, they've written me 3 times with excuses all I requested was a refund for their mistake.
I ordered flowers to my wife for valentines day. I order the flowers a few days in advance so that it would be easier to plan and deliver the flowers on time.
However, the flowers arrived one day before the requested delivery date. This is such a disappointment. When you order flowers for valentines day, you expect the flowers to turn up for valentines day but not one day earlier.
I would never use this website again and do not recommend anyone else to use it. I can't believe i did not read the reviews before ordering.
I emailed the manager and have not got any response what so ever!
Do to use them they give out false info !!!!!! N you order something n get told its free delivery when the bastards only fucking lie to you an say we have to pay £3.50 extra for it to be delivered ! Wankers!!!!!!!!!!
Make sure you read this companies terms and conditions as they effectively say that they can deliver when they like and whatever they have in stock. I ordered 20 Roses for my wife to arrive on a specific day, they arrived a day early and she got Carnations.
Complaints to the company are just a waste of time as they just sit behind their terms and conditions, below is one part of their response back to me explaining why they sent Carnations instead of Roses.
"Every bouquet has an individual amount of stems that we are providing in the bouquet. All the stems are carefully counted and order to provide the bouquet of the same value as demonstrated on our website. This means, the bouquet is in the same value what you have paid for. "
Pretty useless when you ordered Roses.
I ordered a bunch of roses for my Mum's birthday 10 days ago. They arrived on time, beautifully displayed and have lasted very well. I would recommend to anybody looking for great value for money, great products and a friendly service.
