They don't even deserve 1 star...report to trading standards!
My mum wasn't around on Mother's Day as she was on holiday. As website suggests you can select a date for delivery. I emailed to confirm this and was told it would come up during checkout. Nothing came up so within minutes of placing order I emailed asking if flowers could be sent later as I'd been advised they could. I was told no as perishable items cannot be cancelled. I did not want cancellation I wanted an amendment on delivery. Emailed back and I've been ignore, ignored and ignored again. Sought legal advice who agreed there is no option to select a date for delivery and emailed them. Ignored again. They were delivered last fri. My mum came back today to find a wet box at the side of the house with some half dead flowers that were half the size of those advertised. I will be sueing for damages and lying to increase sales/false advertisement. What I find particularly ridiculous is that other people who WANT their flowers on time don't get them, but I had the opposite problem. It's as if bloomin delightful (more like bloomin terrible) intentionally try to piss their customers off. SO ANGRY!!
