Terrible

Awful customer service, I won't be using again.
I ordered a delivery of flowers before 5pm on Friday for Saturday delivery (as promised on their website) but the flowers were not delivered on the Saturday at all. Somebody finally emailed me back on the Monday saying that my order was placed after 5pm on Friday and the flowers would be arriving either Tuesday or Wednesday.
I sent them over proof of the time my order was placed and the time my card was charged (all before 5pm) and requested my money back, and for the order to be cancelled, as Tues/Weds was far too late for delivery and not at all what I had paid for.
The so called 'manager' that has been responding to my emails is refusing to cancel the delivery or refund my money, and to be honest the poorly spelt immature nature of her emails have been nothing short of insulting.
I have tried to call the company, but nobody ever answers the phone, and now they are refusing to answer my emails.

I am now in the process of trying to claim my money back, but that's difficult when they do not bother to answer their phone or respond to your emails.
I've been in touch with Trading Standards, and suggest that anyone else who has received similar shoddy service from this company does the same.
