Great Price + Very Good Service
I booked a late deal to Sharm and was very impressed by Harriet who got me a great deal at the Albatros Moderna. I got all my documents by email the same day and would recommed blue sea to everyone.

FAB HOTEL PUSHY SALES PERSON
When I was diverted to Blueseaholidays I was concerned the holiday was going to be a nightmare, why ....... because of the sales person. I booked the holiday and when he rang my partner to confirm the card details, he tried charging us extra after charging more for flights I thought we had booked for already.
I found him pushy, rude and he didn't return my call as was promised.
our holiday was 7 days in lanzarote staying at Occidental allegro which was a fantastic hotel, marble floors pleasant staff and wonder views.
The food was more than acceptable, the hotel was a little out of the center, and going back we would stay at the occidental nearer town.
We had no reason to contact the rep as we just needed transfers and they were completed by someone else.
Overall fantastic hotel and we stayed all inclusive, so my beginning misgivings turned out to be ok, but I do think they need to asses the way they try to up-sell as it can offend.
As I said earlier, fab hotel, I would recommend the hotel to anyone, it is a good base to explore the nightlife of Lanzarote.

Holidays Made Easy
This is the second time we have used Blue Sea Holidays this year. The staff are polite, friendly, knowledgable and always call back when they say they will. Every part of our trips went like clockwork they even informed us of a delay on our flight home and rearranged the time of our taxi back to the airport. I would recommend them to anyone and have as a work colleague is using them for a trip to the Dominican Republic.

Not what we expected when we saw the outside of the hotel, built like a multistorey car park, until we got inside.
After initial shock of seeing the Hotel ALBORADA, San Silencio,when we arrived, we were warmly greeted, and even though the evening meal was finished we were taken to the restaurant and given a meal. The room was very clean, spacious and a kitchen, even though we were AI, large balcony, and even English channels on the TV which was free.
Breakfast every day was very repetative, if you liked bacon fried eggs and beans, you were OK. Lunch was better, more variety and different every day as were the evening meals. Staff were very polite ,helpful, and curteous at all times. The whole hotel and grounds was always clean and tidy. convenient bus stop just outside, recomend this Hotel to anyone.

We were very satisfied with our booking.
Penny and the sales staff were very good they dealt with our car park booking and booked us into the H-Top Royal Sun Hotel in Santa Susanna. The Hotel Staff were excellent so was the food, the room and the drink. I could recommend Bluesea Hoidays.

THE WORSE COMPANY EVER
We booked a holiday to go on a cruise on the Nile and when the crisis in Egypt happened we were advised by the foreign office not to travel. Blue Sea Holidays gave no support, no assistance and used excuses not to refund my money.
Anyone looking to book a holiday with Blue Sea Holidays needs to be aware. This company's only agenda is to take your money and give you no service. You would be far better going to any other travel company rather than Blue Sea Holidays.

I was impressed with Denise the sales representative who was helpful, respectful and ensured as customers we were provided with informative/accurate information.
I actually recommended your company to several colleagues which is something I very seldom do. On my return from holiday I tried to speak to Denise in person to thank her for her help and assistance in person. She is a marvellous advert for your company who patience and helpful manner would ensure that the service user would return to her for guidance immaterial of the company she worked for.
I had taken two friends on holiday to the Miradore Masapalomas and I had never been to the hotel or that reigon of the island. We were all pleasantly surprised by the hotel although without air conditioning in the high season we felt might detere familys with young children or the elderly. The only other draw back was the towels i.e. although they were clean they were well worn and not in keeping with the rest of the hotel. We did enjoy ourselves but there were several couples from mainland britian who felt that the enterainment was not appropriate for their age.

Very very disappointed.
Just retuned last week from Sharm El Sheikh, we had booked to go to the Inter plaza beach Hotel but when we got on the coach we were told that we would be staying at the Continental Hotel because the Plaza did not have enough people to fill it. The wine was like sherry unless you paid for it, the beer was warm and in a smell glass unless you paid for it. There was a self service buffet which had the same food in it every day. None of the international restaurants were open except the Lebanese one and the food was very poor to say the least.
The only entertainment was a man playing a little guitar who stopped playing at ten o'clock. Most people went into Sharm of an evening because there was nothing to do.
Pool bar snacks were hard burger dry roll & chips & more chips.
We should have been informed of the change well before our departure so as to give us the chance do decide what we wanted to do.
I have phoned blue sea holidays today and they are still taking bookings for the Inter Plaza Hotel when the Hotel is still shut and has been for many weeks.
I truly hope people see this and do Not book with your company, we paid good money for a holiday we did not get.

Great last minute holiday!
Had holidays to use up before new holiday year at work , so decided to look for somewhere warm & reasonable as we were booked to go away at beginning of May. Found this holiday with blueseaholidays and was really impressed!
Hotel was spotlessly clean and well equipped, food was lovely - it was all inclusive and we were a bit wary but no complaints - great choices at every meal and the drinks were decent too. All in all a lovely holiday - just hope the next one is as good!

Everything ok, as long as you don't eat the food
I have no complaints regarding ease of booking, the transport, the hotel itself or the overall care. However, the food was below any expectation I ever imagined. It was edible and that was about it. The same food every day/bland/uninspiring etc. etc.
If you're happy enough with the price for the hotel and flight, go for that and be prepared to eat outside the resort every night (Dreams Beach Resort, Sharm El Sheikh)

Efficient, friendly and confidence building.
Booked late via telephone. Operator careful and efficient. Procedure was smooth and conducted exactly as she said it would despite some personal reservations due lateness of booking. Would use again.

excellent value for money
Having been for 1 week in april to the Mirador Hotel, Mas Palomas I think the place was excellent. The hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The rooms were fine, staff were very friendly and the fiood was a very good standard with lots of variety. If you dont like this hotel I think there is so mething wrong with you. Best value for money Ive had for a long while. If a fault it was only that it was quite a walk to the beach but the taxis were cheap so not a problem.

Enjoyable holiday and value for money.
We enjoyed our holiday very much, the only down side I can recall is that sometimes the food was only lukewarm and there was not the range of separate restaurants for a choice of a la carte dining.

Good service Great price £135 saving on Thos Cook to same place on their flight!
I had already visited the aparthotel previously so knew the standard an was amazed to find the same daytime flghts and allinclusive package at a saving of £270 for 2 ! The only extra was the transfer.

worst holl ever
went to la perla hotel in egypt and it was awfull. people were saying its cheap but honesly its not. we had to eat out as the food was so poor. the hotel is falling apart and they serve tap water and dont tell you.
no ice in the drinks and lots of drinks they didnt have diet coke ect. this is a hotel from hell and blue sea sent me there knowing what it was like. they didnt tell me where we were staying untill 48hrs after i booked and then i had to phone three times to get the info. not very good im sorry so wouldnt book again.

nice location and very friendly staff
There two down sides to the site. Number one is the price of drinks in the Nab bar, and the other is if there are 3 major sporting events ie rugby, football and cricket on at the same time in the eveing there is only one tv set . It really needs a room with an alternative set.

Lost confidence
Blue sea's need to visit the resorts they are dealing with. No reputable travel company associates with the resort I was recommended to visit by blue sea's, unfortunately I didn't find this out until I was actually at the resort.

great prices, great service - easy to use - price shown was the price i paid
I booked a holiday to the 5 star hilton waterfalls in sharm el sheikh. I paid the price that was on the final screen (not the case ith other agents I have booked with) I had the confirmation emailed straight away and received all my travel documents he next day, Simple but efficient.
