Great service oustanding value....
With an easy to use website and a good range of products i would not hesitate to recommend this company. I purchased some items for a family member on the Monday and received them Tuesday, impressive. Not only were the products delivered quickly they were also packaged extremely well something which not all companies do these days relying on an element of 'postal luck'. Overall a good all round experience.

Good if nothing goes wrong
I have dealt with this company for many years. I have never had a problem.
Until now:
I wasnt happy with a product i purchased so i called them and they told me to go to the manufacturer. I did this to be told they are not authorised to sell the product, which of course led me to believe the products they sell are not genuine.
Therefore i went back to bodyshop4less to be told that the manufacturer was lying and just trying to get me to buy from them directly.
Not only were the email responses from bodyshop4less righteous and abrupt. They were also very condesending and appeared to be written by someone that knows not of spell/gramnmer check.
i continued to receive emails from bodyshop4less trying to justify why they had done nothing and why the manufacturer was saying this about them for days. in total i think i must have had over 10 emails.
i'd call that harrassment! or maybe a guilty conscience.
I was then told to buy direct from the manufactiurer as at least if there is a problem it will get sorted...which suggests to me that bodyshop4less have no customer service or aftercare in place what so ever.
