I ordered a cosatto high chair from their website order number 13826, there was a drop down menu on the right hand side and a pink highchair on the left and three other high chairs at the bottom. There was no description of each high chair when I selected the only option tiddely Pom Pom the pink chair on the left was still there so it arrived it was blue and red no use to me as I have a baby girl. Spoke with [name] he said it was my fault he then told me to contact cosatto and they would exchange NO such thing so rang [name] back and asked them to collect chair and refund payment but they said it would be €34 absolutely disgraceful, [name] put me on hold for 15 mins I ended the call and rang back only to be told [name] has just popped out of the office ( can you believe this?) spoke with [name] the so called manger!! He said it was my fault I should have looked at the cosatto website to get a proper description HA or email them and ask ( are they serious!) so I have no option but to send a letter directly to the owners [name] and [name] yo their home address explaining my situation and about there inexperienced staff. All I want is a full refund I am not willing to pay the collection charge as it is not my fault their website is now updated since my call since when you click on the name of the highchair the picture of the correct one appears.([name] actually advised their website was not updated) but still my fault. I have been treated and talked to unprofessional and i am left with a boys highchair Next step legal advice..

Ordered a Cosatto cot bed from Boohoobaby and it arrived within a week.
I was about to assemble the cot bed and found that it did not have the "Easy Action Drop Side" as stated on their website and as shown on the photos for the product.
My wife contacted them and, their customer service representative replied to her with with a rather smart and dismissive email.
I replied to him to point out that their website was misleading at best. I asked for what we ordered, an agreeable replacement or our money back.
Boohoobaby have refused to change this cot and now want to charge us a handling fee as I took it out of the box and for the transport costs to take this back.
TODAY they CHANGED the info about THIS product on their WEBSITE to avoid PROBLEMS with other CUSTOMERS in future. Yet they REFUSE to address this wrong delivery for us.
SHAME ON YOU boohoobaby! You know the information was misleading, you changed this info your site today,............ shame on you..............
YOU need to DO THE RIGHT THING NOW boohoobaby & CHANGE OUR COT BED or return our money..
Consumer law is clear about this type of misrepresentation and I will fight until I get this sorted.
I would advise people to avoid Boohoobaby at all costs.
Be warned, WHAT you SEE on the boohoobaby site is NOT always WHAT YOU GET.
Great experience with Boohoobaby - couldn't believe it - ordered a fabulous folding Bloom Alba Cot on a Wed morning at 10am. Received an email regarding the colour at 12noon and then the Cot arrived at my door, via courier, the next morning - amazing turnaround and delighted with the cot. Exactly as the website said. Ordered the Tidy Bookcase. Delighted with the product but after being guaranteed more than once a certain delivery day, we are more than disappointed that this was not reached and that our emails regarding same have been ignored thusfar.
Ordered My Dream Mansion Dollhouse Kidkraft, this is a Santa present and I was originally a bit concerned as I had been told it would delivered in manufacturers box, so there could have been a chance that my daughter would have seen it. I recieved an email shortly after I raised concern to say that it would be covered in Brown paper, which was brilliant as I didn't have to worry about it being seen.
I had been looking on different sites and this was by far the least expensive, delivered within 5 working days from ordering.
Great service would highly recommend them.
I am very happy that I ordered from boohoobaby , because I bought Cosatto trvael system Giggle Sunny for just 260 pounds which is the cheapest price that I have ever seen for it. The delivery was on time and communication with the team very good all the time!
I ordered the snug as a bug extreme winter wrap for my 3 month old (had received the smaller fleece wrap as a gift & loved it). They didnt have the colours I requested in stock but quickly emailed with other options. I selected other colours and the order was shipped and I received it 2 days later. Great customer service and will definitely purchase again in the future.
Although my order wasn't acknowledged for 3 days. As soon as I emailed them it was promptly dealt with. It arrived a day later and it was within the SLA deadline. It was probably fine all along but having had delivery issues with other websites I wanted to address any issues early. I had it assembled before they got the chance to say it should arrive. Very efficient and I will use the website again.
They were very informative with the progress of their delivery and gave us great peace of mind ,unlike other sites we purchased from that had you wondering if your product would ever come at all ! Also they were fantastic value for money and the wall hung baby changing unit we bought was to our surprise a high quality unit and actually made in the USA !!
I changed my delivery address after my order, this was dealt with quickly with no problems despite it being over the Christmas period, the customer service was excellent, would defiantly shop here again
i placed an order for the Savannah dollshouse on Thursday morning 19th of January 2012 and was told would I have it in time for saturday 28th january. He told me that I would as the lead time was 1-7 working days and that it would be 6 working days today and that its usually delivered 3 days after payment. I placed the order on thursday morning 19/01/2012.
I was then onto boohoobaby a couple of times after that as nothing seemed to happen to the order until it was despatched 25/01/2012 and each time I told the person on the phone that I needed it to be here in time for my little girls birthday on 28/01/2012 and each time i was assured that it would be. Even the email below said the estimated delivery date 27/01/2012.
The package was delayed for a few days in the netherlands or somewhere like that and i didnt get my dolls house until 30/01/2012 at 1:30pm and it arrived in a taxi!! i subsequently complained about this and was offered a discount on future orders, and i advised them that i wouldnt be shopping with boohoobaby again and that was the last i heard from them! A lot of people have seen the dollshouse and were looking to purchase one so i gave them a different website to do so as i would not recomend boohoobaby
We got the kidkraft storage box for our daughters room its perfect sturdy and easy to assemble with two people
My 1st was born on Dec 11th but I couldn't decide what changing bag to buy so I borrowed one until my mind was made up. Eventually decided on a charcoal oioi bag and then bought it on boohoobaby because the price was good. That was around the 29th Dec and the payment was taken from my bank account a few days later. When I made the purchase there was no indication that it wasn't in stock. Ben from boohoobaby has been very polite but after various promises I still have not received the changing bag. I've been in contact via email, yesterday I decided to ring. I was told that they are waiting from a response from the manufacturer but that someone would ring me today as a matter of urgency. I'm still waiting on a call. Order number is 9992
I placed my order for a Wishbone bike on Dec 1st as a Christmas present for my little boy. Expected delivery was 3-7 working days.
Having not received my delivery I phoned them on 12th Dec as I was beginning to become concerned. I received an email the following day confirming dispatch telling me to expect delivery in 1-2 days.
Of course it didn't arrive and after yet another phone call I received an email on 14th Dec telling me once again that the bike had been dispatched but that the expected delivery date was 21st Dec.
I particularly enjoyed the little note at the end of the email ; "Thank you for using boohoobaby.ie and we hope you don't have too long to wait for the carriers to drop off your goods." especially as the delivery didn't materialise on the 21st. I phoned BooHooBaby yet again. This time I was told that they had only taken delivery of the Wishbone bike that day despite having twice told me that it was with the couriers.
I was promised a next day delivery which .. you've guessed it didn't turn up.
I finally took delivery of the bike on the afternoon of 23rd December. The courier told me that all the deliveries they do for Boohoobaby are 2 days because of the pick up times so once again I had been lied to by customer services.
I know that companies are busy over the Christmas period, but this was unacceptable. If I had known that they were out of stock when I ordered I would have bought the product elsewhere. As it was I wasted a considerable amount of time chasing customer services only to be misled and lied to on a number of occasions.
Do yourself a favour and buy from a company that treats it's customers properly
Bought a mattress here, at a very competitive price. It arrived safely and in perfect condition, the only downside is it took 3 weeks to deliver. On another hand, the delivery is free, so... overall, positive experience, just order in advance.
Very prompt response - the goods arrived within 3 days and were here when I got home from work. I am very satisfied with the service provided by Boohoobaby Ireland and the quality of the goods is also excellent (pair of kids waterproof dungarees)
