Great service, but might benefit from more delivery options.

Boston’s service is quick & efficient – no complaints.
If I was going to criticise, however, it would be about the shortage of delivery options. I’m a private customer (as opposed to a business), so having someone at home to sign for a weekday courier delivery is a bit of a problem.
May I suggest Royal Mail as a delivery option? (Saturday deliveries and you can collect from local sorting office if you miss the postman).

Not in stock but......

Purchased Zalman PC Case GS1000 which was marked as in stock, but i enquired after 2 days and given a specific delivery day, it had to be shipped to them from somewhere else,
Good curteous person on the phone so i will use again and delivery was as promised

Goods arrived quickly when they arrived in UK

Boston are normally pretty good but unfortunately this time the components had been listed as in stock on the website and when we ordered them on a 2 day delivery they were not delivered for several days, as it turned out they were not in stock and had to be shipped from the USA.

Communication was acceptable on the matter but it was a pain as we had booked time on site

So if it's urgent phone in and check the stock before you place the order

Fast and friendly customer service

A bit disappointed with the website (i tried to order 2 of an item and only received 1 because of stock levels). Partly my own fault but I didn't feel the message was very clear.

Trouble free and timely service, no ned to ask for more.

My order was processed and delivered exactly when I thought it would, even when ordered over a holiday weekend. Great service. I'll be calling by again.

Simply great service

I needed a new cpu fan so looking online found the exact replacement on offer at the right price. Placed the order without any fuss and bingo in the machine within three days using normal delivery service. Can't argue with that!!

Northbridge Bargain

Just purchased the Zalman RWB1 waterblock designed for ATI graphics card memory cooling. Works great on my gigabyte GA970A-D3 northbridge, cable tied on to the northbridge heatsink, has lowered the temperature from 73, to near 50 degrees, was a lot easier than removing the motherboard to fit a standard water block, ideal.

Boston Limited Strikes Out!

I recently purchased a CPU Cooler that was labelled 'In Stock' on the website. After ordering the item and the money being taken out of my bank account I had an e-mail from the Orders department stating the item wasn't actually 'In Stock' at all.

Although I did get a refund I did contact Boston Limited through Twitter detailing my problem - they initially appeared to want to help me further but when I asked for a lead time of when the CPU Cooler I originally wished to purchase would be back 'In Stock' they never responded back.

As a whole a very unsatisfactory service.

As near perfection as humanly possible

Web page to big constantly having to move to find section you want. Communication spot on, delivery spot on, article Zalman NS1000F as described well made quiet and keeps my note book cool. Would recommend Boston and Zalman to everybody. Well done.

Nippy service by professionals

Wanted a particular drive tray for a system where there have been several small changes over time, and somebody took the trouble to check the correct part from a photo, and arrange for it to be buyable through the web site as a special. Nice to find a company where there is in-house expertise matched with staff who can be bothered.

A Quality Product & First Class Sevice

Having the choice of so many different manufacturers cpu fans online, i chose one from Boston.
On installation the online specification was accurate with rpm as stated and temperature of cpu very cool, with silent operation.
The product was very good value, quality packaged with very good fitting instructions. Delivery was excellant.

Zalman VF770 VGA Cooler. I had a need to replace the cooler on a Geforce 7600 GT (PCIe) and Boston Ltd was showing stock so I gave them a go. Very pleased to say the cooler arrived in a couple of days ( new stock, boxed ) and worked perfectly ( allowed me to shut the case of my HTPC, not possible with the stock cooler ). The price was also very competitive.
