'Boulders' service was great, especially being able to contact directly online.

I'd orderd a climbing harness as per spec. and it was simply too small, so they replaced it with a larger size with no fuss, even though harnesses were in a list of 'non-returnable' items

Simple, straight forward and did what it said on the tin.

Boulders site offered a good choice of rock shoes at what I found to be reasonable prices. Ordering was simple and my shoes arrived the next day. The description of the product was pretty accurate and the shoes have been great so far. Just what I was after. I would say I am likely to use Boulders again in future.

Lowest price and free delivery. Why would you shop anywhere else?

The price was only lower by a few pounds but the delivery was free, I hate paying for delivery.
Parcel arrived within 2 days, couldn't have asked for more.

Very fast and efficient service

I ordered a chalk bag which was due to arrive within 3 working days and it arrived the following day. the quality of the product is excellent and i am very happy with it.

Boulders seems to be a company that really has its game on - I got some climbing shoes and some strapping tape, which were cheaper than all competitors, and arrived within 48 hours.

I couldn't be happier with the service, and the option to speak with people online is a fantastic inclusion into the service.

They also made no issue about accepting international cards, like some other online companies.

It's a tidy website, easy to navigate and find what you want. The discounts and pricing in general is very competitive, and as orders are free over £55.00, if you're going to be buying a number of things, it saves you yet more on shipping. Orders before 3.00pm ship out that day, and in my case, arrived the next day. A highly recommendable company that clearly has a sense of humour too, if you read the shipment email ;)

Fantastic and thoughtful service

This is the first time we have ordered from Boulders. Unfortunately, the chalk bags we ordered were not available in the colours our children had chosen. We received an extremely apologetic and polite message from Iwan, and changed our order. He then posted our order using "Special Delivery" at no extra cost, to ensure the parcel arrived on my daughter's birthday.

We were extremely impressed and my daughter was thrilled that her new bouldering shoes and chalk bag arrived on her birthday. We will DEFINATELY order from Boulders again, and recommend them to friends. Thank you!

Exception service and price

Purchased 2 harnesses for my daughters. Far cheaper than my local climbing shop and a far better range.

Spoke to Ben at Boulders for guidance and advice prior to purchase and he clearly wanted to help and give good advice rather than just sell me something.

Delivered very swift and very happy with the harnesses.

Very quick delivery!

I ordered a pair of climbing shoes, which arrived really quickly. Unfortunately they didn't fit right so had to send them back to get a different size, which again arrived in a few days . Was very surprised (and happy) to be able to get my new shoes so quickly.

Great Value, Great Service

Really happy with the Five Ten Projects I bought here, at £45 they were a bargain and a great shoe, they arrived perfectly in time for me to compete in the rocfest in them - and they did well! Only slight downer is that there isn't a cheaper delivery option if you're not desperate to get them next-day.

Would happy use again

Found range of rock shoes very good decided on this pair due to nice bright colours, arrived within two days my 7 year old was made up with them after going to local rock club my son said they were most comfortable shoes he had worn, also like the fact was able to pay using paypal, would use boulders again.

Very very pleased with my purchase, and very impressed at the speedy delivery.

I was very happy with my purchase it was the first time l have used them, l ordered my goods on one day about 1.30pm, l couldn't believe it when it arrived the very next day.
It was a present for my son and he was very pleased with it l would highly recommend them to all my friends and family and will definately be going back when l need anything else.
