I wouldn't recommend using bozowi, I sent my phone in & never received the £7.50 cheque that they said I would.

I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately once we send a cheque it is beyond our control as Royal Mail take over the process. If you contact customer services and explain they will reissue payment.
For all customers with any issue the first point of call should always be customer services.
