Ordered late Saturday Night...
E-mail confirming order arrived telling me goods will arrive on Tuesday
No one home Tuesday AM so they left it with a neighbour who was.
Well packed, prompted, reasonable price and item exactly as described what more can you ask for!

good quality top P&P costs too much
Good quality top at a reasonable price but the postage and packaging costs were over the top. If I had not needed the top for work I would not have bought it. Sort out your P&P costs.

Excellent website, good prices, express delivery.
Found while searching for waterproof jackets online. Good selection of products at in some cases excellent prices although all that I looked at were extremely competitive. Their choice of next day delivery while perhaps a little more expensive than some is also cheaper than many who quote 5-7 day delivery. My order arrived here in Edinburgh mid-morningand was suitably packaged. Jacket is [erfect. Will highly recommend.

A Very Good Product

What can I say? Dave did absolutely everything possible to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted - from the colour to the weight of the t-shirts, to making sure our (very awkward) logo came out clearly.

fast delivery, but sizing is out
the sizes are smaller than normal clothes, they state this will be slightly because of the fabric not stretching, but i ordered a size above what i wear in normal clothes and it was still too small. However they were delivered quickly and when i contacted about returning the ones that didn't fit i received a prompt reply and refund

Customer Service could be better
I had to constanly call to find out what was going on, as emails was not replied to promptly enough! Took over 2 weeks from first contact to get 5 items embroided, embroidery was not perfect and not cheap.

Great standard of service.
The choice on the clothing was good and the range of sizes. The delivery was fast and when the tops arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the embroidered logo quality. All sizes that I received were correct.
