The delivery service is very good as are the products,
HOWEVER if you do not like the product or get the wrong size then you are in for a long long long wait !!!!!!!!!!!
Have never ever got a refund without chasing them, if they could resolve this would be a great company !

Got a few friends whom shop from this company and I also gave them a try. Placed an order on monday afternoon and in this day and age you should have expected delivery by wednesday at the latest. When did I get it? Thursday ! Gear was top notch and perfect but shame about the delivery time. Sort it out and get more variety !
Item came but was too big. Sent back by recorded delivery and still waiting for refund. I have contacted them regularly but still no refund!!! They say they will call you back but never do.
i am now going through the Credit Card company to get my money back.

Ordered an item on 1st May, promised delivery mid May. Chased on numerous occasions each time lied to "oh it arrived today, dispatched to you, be with you in a few days". Told this a few times. Demanded money back, after leaving many messages. DO NOT buy from this company. Great offers and prices, never have stock and lie to you. Plus you have to call a 0871 number which is chargeable
I have previously shopped with this company without a problem - until now. I decided to ignore recent user reviews and put them down to isolated incidents but I was wrong.
I ordered an item over 2 months ago and I was promised it would arrive by a certain date, then given the same promise after said date had elapsed. I eventually wasted more of my money making yet more phone calls to request a refund. One week later I am still waiting for my money back! Each time I have phoned and asked to speak to a manager, they say they will take the message and get the manager to call back ( do they think I was born yesterday )? I have been told the money will go into my account today by 8pm or at the very latest tomorrow. I have told them if the refund is not in my account within 24 hours, I will be issuing legal proceedings via my solicitor for obtaining money by deception. Having read other reviews of customers waiting months for a refund, I feel legal proceedings will be inevitable. You have been warned - avoid this company!
This company doesnt have a website - has been underconstruction for months - why would I place an order with such an organisation I ask myself??
Well my boyfriend had a catalogue come through the door from them, had many items from them in the past with no problems until I wanted a lovely Ralph Lauren jacket... it was too small - sent it back following returns policy (back in January 2012) its now May and were still waiting for the refund.
We have called and cheques in the post (blaming Royal Mail), today called waiting for Directors authorisation for a cheque... lol joke is cheque is apparently being sent to my boyfriend, yet items were purchased on my credit card??? DODGEY, APPROACH WITH CAUTION!!
Luckily as I purchased the jacket on my credit card and it has protection and they are now going to claim my refund on my behalf.

The Sales Person was nice and the order was as per I ordered. Will definitely buy from them again. Please do some more womens clothing as its not fair the offers are just mainly menswear :(
Returned goods 1st week of New Year, company acknoweledged return but since then despite many phone calls to a less than enthusiastic customer services dept still no refund. Company have stated refund in a couple of days by bank transfer then stated a cheque would be sent...still waiting for cheque 14 days after promise. I will never use this coimpany again they are useless...quick in taking the money but very slow in returning any refund despite lots of promises. Suspect major cash flow problems. Next stop Trading Standards and solicitiors. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED !! DON'T PLACE ORDERS WITH THESE MUPPETS.
I placed my order 07.12.11 and here we are a month later and goods still not rec'd, even though g'nteed for Xmas. Lies and fob offs every time I chased up order. Cannot get thru' on 'phone and cannot leave message as inbox full! What a joke except it isn't funny. My payment was processed on 23.12 when they knew my order would never be rec'd in time for Xmas! Michael is a lying tosser and I would never, ever use them again. Is it time to go national and contact Watchdog on BBC so that no one else is cheated??? SHAMBOLIC DOES NOT BEGIN TO COVER IT!
Ordered a zipper on the 27th November 2011, still have not received the item - it is now the 3rd January. Very bad service - have had numerous phone calls fobbing me off with 'it will be there in time for christmas' and allow 21 days, they also had this in the catalogue it was guarenteed christmas delivery if ordered by the 12, I would like to know what the compensation is as their guarentee was not kept! I finally had a text on the 23rd Decmeber saying my item had been dispatched. This is ridiculous - 26 days after ordering. Company is a joke! Maybe it will be here for next christmas.
Ordered 28/11/11 + Promised 2-3 wks max for Guaranteed Christmas Delivery-Numerous telephone calls + Fob offs were I was top of list + would DEFO REC by wkend- then DEFO REC following Tues/Wed then DEFO REC Fri 23/12.HELLO!!STILL WAITING!!!!-This Co is a fknin joke.They even sent me a Tx with a Royal mail tracking No on 23/12/11-The Internet rejected it- Royal Mail confirmed this morning 28/12/1 it's not even registering as tracked which means THEY'VE NOT POSTED!! I returned faulty goods in January after waiting a month for a returns label, three months on despite numerous phone calls, emails and faxes and threat of legal action still no refund! Returned goods before Xmas and asked for replacement item. Have neither received replacement or rebate. Left numerous messages on answerphone and no ring-back. Have sent e-mails and letters - still no response. Won't be using them again - obviously can lose up to £1000 in orders from my family and friends per year.
I received an order in Nov 2010 incorrect size returned immedietly have proof of them receiving parcel. No replacement item was requested just refund, end of Nov was told money would be in bank in 5 days Now 2/2/2011 still no refund made 32 calls where have spoken to a member of staff, left 10 ansaphone messages calls not returned and numerous emails - they received them but no reply, called again today and girl playing dumb on phone said oh are you wanting a refund? complete joke - theft is what they are guilty of.
They have owed me a refund for 2 months for items which they sent me wrong sizes. and they are very rude and arrogant and they have no courtessy for customers. Wont be buying again from them. Still waiting for payment. Worst staff ever who cut customers off
I ordered goods for about 250.00 and returned 2 items over 5 weekd ago and still waiting for a REFUND. There is never a manager and always manage to get throught o the same rude girl. I have reported them to trading standards and advise others to do so too. The goods I kept are not desinger but fake or rejects and i wish i never bothered with this companyn in the first place, if your thinking of using them - DON'T!!!
Still waiting on my refund/exchange for goods i returned 4 weeks ago-1 item was terrible quality and the other was the wrong item from which i ordered-have phoned every week to be told on each occasion "the invoice is with the warehouse" and "i will chase it up", when i ask to speak to a manager iam told no manager is available but i should receive a callback within 24hrs...still waiting-terrible customer service, feel like ive been robbed!!!!! I too will be contacting trading standards,if not resolved soon.

I sent two ill fitting items back. It cost me £4 in postage. Both items were the same make "Denim Industry" I ordered a large and an extra large. The large was bigger than the extra large but both still too small. Although im fairly big Im not massive. I would never use them aagain and advise anyone else to steer well clear
I RETURNED 3 ITEMS TO BRANDSWEAR 10 WEEKS AGO AND ONLY RECIEVED PART OF MY REFUND YESTERDAY. BEWARE BRANDSWEAR SELL FAKE ITEMS. I RECIEVED 3 PAIRS OF COUNTERFIT UGG BOOTS. I HAVE RECIEVED A REFUND FOR 2 PAIRS I AM NOW WAITING ON A REFUND FOR THE 3RD PAIR. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SOOOOO POOR. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS, AND FAST. Absolutely shocking I have been waiting for a refund since march, I have phoned the compny twice a week since the return and all I get told is that they are waiting on it being signed off by finance and it is on the system, there is no way on earth I would ever give them any custom. Worst internet company I have ever dealt with.
I placed an order and retuned one item within days. That was on 3 Dec 2009 - and I'm still waiting on a refund! I wrote to them on 30 Dec 2009, to query refund and still haven't received a reply! I've phoned 3 times and initially left a message on their machine as their speel suggests you do but this is garbage as they don't ever phone you back (on average you have to hold for 30mins to get thru' as they only have about 3 people on the phones) and when you eventually do get to talk to someone, they try to fob you off with, 'your item has been returned but we've not had time to process your refund yet' or 'your refund is sitting there so I'll have to contact our finance dept to get them to process it'... I've contacted my local trading standards team to see if they can assist. Absolutely shocking customer service and they don't care as I've told them exactly what my views are and it's water off a duck's back. I will never order from them again. It's unfair that you have to pay upfront when you order items then if you have to return anything, you have to wait and wait and wait. I wonder if I will ever get my money back.
I had used this company for over a year great service and goods until i had to send something back been waiting from the 28th November 2009 for a refund its now 9th February 2010 and still waiting on my refund i cant count how many times i have phoned up and they give me the same thing every time it will be in your bank in a couple of days then it was we are waiting on our manager authorising your refund,but the manager never seems to be there to talk to, i thought this was a really good company until i experienced this, i am waiting on about £95.
I like Sharon have been waiting over a month for either my goods or a refund. I have been told some story about needing to sign a declaration form so that they can claim off Royal Mail...what nonsense,that why you pay higher postage for Track&Trace so that you can claim compensation! After endless phone calls at 5p a minute I am still no further on. They probably make more money from the phone call merry-go-round than the clothes! A pitiful service as I am a first time(and last)customer! I will be contacting Manchester Trading Standards if this is not resolved by the end of the month.Then the police for fraud and theft.
I have shopped over the years with Brandswear & recently for the first time had to send an item back as they sent me the wrong thing, That was Sept 09 now 17thDec 09 & still awaiting for them to send me my cheque for £29.99 after speaking with nths later which my Bank rejected as the date was wrong, had to send cheque back & i'm still waiting for my correctly dated cheque, everytime I phone the customer service number I'm left in a queue which goes from 10th to 1st but yet no-one ever answers it's cost me a fortune in call yet still cant get through to them !!!
