Timely reminder as I forget things and another just before due to renew, Good price and thankful up to now not needed to try their breakdown service but would expect it to be as good if not better than their admin side.
Everything is good EXCEPT one thing when I first joined I singed up for 4 star home start this year I see you have only given me 3 star I did not notice this as it certainly was not very clear BEFORE I had paid you WHY the drop ? Please make your repeat order forms much clearer . I would not have signed for three star but once button was pressed and money sent it seems I had no chance to change it. Please try to help old aged people like me out.
I had changed my provider and notified the company and was delighted to receive an email responding to it advising me that my email would be dealt with shortly which it was. I was very pleased with the way my email was handled.
I have had to call Cover My Breakdown Service out twice and on both occasions received first class service. The first I had a puncture and the break down mechanic arrived within 20 minutes and changed my tyre in appalling weather conditions telling me to sit in the car. The second time I couldn't start my car, again the mechanic arrived speedily and after jump starting my car, he checked the battery and said I needed and new one and was willing to wait until I got one so he could fix it in for me.
This is my second year with Breakdown cover. I did have a minor mishap in September when in the UK and made a call. They were very helpful with advise but I was fortunate enough to be able to resolve the problem locally.
Well , I've used the Breakdown service . It gives peace of mind at Lower cost than other rival companies , They did not raise the price on renewal of the service and they meet the 1hour requirement for your call.
