I was more than hapopy with the Service I received from the Rep on the day.
I found the rep I spoke to on the day extremely helpful and pleasant. On that basis I would Hve no problem doing business with the company again.

Blinding service.
I have recommended this company to many friends. On the unfortunate occasions I have needed to use them they have been very quick to respond and the service has been EXCELLENT.

Buying was Quick, Easy, Cheap as a new customer .
I was with another service provider which turned out too expensive this year so I googled and came up with Breakdowncover Now.
I paid up and voila!
Service will not be required I hope but in the event that it is I will review the service when used!

Excellent Service
We are very happy with the service we receive from this Company. We recently had the misfortune to break down in Castlebar. The mechanic was out to us in less than twenty minutes.His name is Pat McEveney and he made sure everything was working before he left. We were really grateful for the prompt help as it's not a nice feeling to know you are stuck and not able to get home.So yes I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending ' Breakdowncover' to anyone . Thank you again.

Simply the best
If you're looking to renew your breakdown cover, don't automatically go with the current quote you're given. I reckon Cover my breakdown cover will provide more of a deal for a lot less expense. It is really worth checking it out. Would I lie to you.

Cheap but true
This is my 2nd year with them, easy form to fill out, and I got a discount for using them again, As it was cheap enough to begin with, so with discount it was un believable.

Help when needed!
I have just renewed my policy with 'Cover my Breakdown'. I had cause to use them twice in the last year and each time they acted promptly and courteously. My premium has increased a little but compared with other companies, still the cheapest I could find for the cover I wanted. I would recommend this Company to anyone wanting good, affordable breakdown cover.

Don't have a breakdown when you have a BREAK DOWN just call trustworthy COVERMYBREAKDOWN.
The highest recommendation I can give for a recovery firm is this one- "They have never let me down and have always got me home. I can go anywhere without any worries. What more can I say, they may not be well known YET, but they will always be the first for me". I have had good dealings with this company for the last 4 years and they don't pile on the pounds if you have to use them, in fact they have given me a discount year after year, who else could you say that for. A PERFECT, EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL RECOVERY FIRM. I will always use them, they are very fair and I'm very grateful.

Consistently offer good value
Very happy with Covermybreakdown, have been with them for 3 years now and they offer the best deal I can find on breakdown cover. During this period we have also had to call them out a couple of times and the service has been good.

CHEAP BUT NOT ARRIVE IN 45 MINUTES

did what it said on the tin
last year i needed help when my battery went flat,
rang up, got prompt and friendly service,
recovery arrived in the time stated,
got me going with helpful advice and no fuss,
the renewal price was cheaper than any body else.
....so no guestion on what i did....
said YES straight away,

Long time customer
Have been using this breakdown cover company for some considerable time now and on the rare occasion I have called them out have had excellent service from the companies they use. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others

I was Just dissapointed with a THIRD increase,when I asked why it had gone up
I was told it was because my car was one year older?

Our prices are based on the first year of registration of the vehicle and therefore results in an increase in premium as the age of the vehicle increases.

Disappointingly Frustrating!
I ordered the policy online, it seemed like very good value.
However I have been unable to print off my documentation.
I have followed the instructions to the letter, have tried on three different computers/devices and get taken to pages that either say 'access forbidden' or 'link/page does not exist.'
Solutions offered by breakdown.ie have not resolved the issue. I have paid for a policy but cannot get at my documentation.
Mind you, the payment section worked very swiftly; breakdown.ie received my payment quickly, efficiently and without fuss.....or any form of receipt for payment offered online to me. :(

Stand by for action
When my car brokedown on the motorway on our way to Scotland i made a phone call to the covermybreakown team, the lady i spoke to aked all the relevent information then got the wheels in motion within 40 mins we had a machanic with us who solved the problem and got us on our way. But because of the nature of the brakedown (i e electrical) not only did the oporater get the machanic out to us very quickly she also organised a replacement car just in case it could'nt be repaired at the roadside, if thats not service worthy of 5 stars i dont know what is, would give more than 5 stars if possible. I can whole heartedly recomend this service to everyone, ive told all my friends and family about this service. top value for money. Thank you COVERMYBREAKDOWN

Cheaper Breakdown Cover
Having breakdown cover for third year only called out once for weak battery in first year cover. Renewal with premium increase but still cheaper then AA or RAC. Cover Vehicle only so any driver cover for that vehicle.

Preace of mind for all driving time
I broke down a few weeks back at home. I made a call and within and hour the guy was here and started the car. As it was a Saturday I thought I would be waiting for hours. So was very impressed with the service I received.
If you are thinking about getting breakdown cover this company is fast and the premium is very very reasonable

Good service, recommended
Between my wife and I we have had to call on Breakdowncover on 3 occasions over the past few years. Staff are courteous on the phone and we get a prompt response from a friendly local garage proprietor. I haven't required a replacement vehicle as all incidents have occurred close to home so cannot comment on that score but I'm happy with the response I've received to date. If the problem isn't easily fixed on the spot we've had speedy return of our repaired car the following day. I was an AA member for many years in the UK and would estimate the response from Breakdowncover to be similar.

Good plan but no reward for loyalty!
I was slightly late renewing my policy as I had been ill but had to pay new higher price which I found a bit unfair but it was still a better price than others.

Good service
I broke down over the Christmas holidays and used my breakdown cover for the first time. A breakdown vehicle was with me within half an hour. It could not be repaired on the road and had to be taken to a main dealer, breakdowncover arranged a taxi for myself and my wife to bring us home (also the pet dog)
Very pleased with the service,especially the very competitive premiums.

Very helpful and always comes to help quickly. No job to big. My daughter once locked my car keys in my car by mistake. The breakdown man was very patient and had a sense of humour which was good. He did get my keys in the end.

Easy renewal service and fortunately haven't had to call for assistance as yet.
No complaints at all until I noticed on this years renewal that some one thought it was a good idea to introduce automatic renewals which I have a big problem with. I had to get written confirmation from breakdowncover that they would not do this in future which was a hassle I could have done without and I won't really know until next year whether or not they will try to do it automatically anyway

Why pay more for less!
In comparison to the top leading suppliers of breakdown cover, this offers like for like for a much lower price. In the current financial climate it is reassuring to feel confident that professional and reliable breakdown cover can be provided at a bargain price. In fact, this is my first renewal and an increase of £2 only from the previous year!!
