They want your business then can’t be bothered!
I spent nearly £1,000 with BrightLightz for a very large amount of LED bulbs. Quite a few turned out to be faulty & getting them exchanged was a time consuming exercise & my postage costs were never refunded.
They rarely reply to your emails and never call you back. These are bulbs that should have a lifespan of around 50,000 hours so when I had another 12 stop working I contacted them again & was told these would be exchanged.
After sending them back they have changed their mind and have now told me they don’t want my business.
They certainly want your business initially, but there is a zero aftercare service to their customers. Very unprofessional.
Which is pretty daft as I was going to order another 85 bulbs from them!

Want quality lights...don't shop here
Initially ordered two lights for our kitchen to see what the brightness and warmth of light would be like in comparison to existing standard halogen bulbs. We had then planned to order a further 10 to replace the Gu10 units which were starting to expire. Of the 1st set ordered 1 didn't work and the other was not as ordered....they sent out replacements - yet another did not work and finally we got one bulb as we had ordered. Chased them for a period of a month asking for replacements - only received one and yes it wasn't as ordered. Impressed by the touted energy savings of these bulbs but will be buying them from another source.

Excellent customer service!
Bought some LED lights for behind the TV. Delivered really quickly and so happy with the product. There was a small problem with the controller but after a quick email they sent a new one out promptly that arrived the next day! Will use for all our LED bulbs in the future.

aqurium lights
fitted the aluminium hard strip LEDs into 1 of my tanks and they were fantastic , so i decided to strip out my old tubes off another tank and order 2 more strips

Excellent LED lights and customer service
Having purchased from Brightlightz before, I recently bought more GU10 LED bulbs from them. One of them was faulty but when I informed them of this, they immediately sent a replacement light without delay.
The lights are bright and work very well.
Highly recommended.

Superb company!
I have only used them once (so far) but have found them to be, by far the best online shopping site I have used. They are consistently helpful, polite, prompt and overall fair in dealing with my concerns and requests.
I wish them every success and hope they get the customer loyalty and commercial success they deserve.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased 10 GU10 LED bulbs however after a few weeks 2 of them failed so late on Monday night I contacted Brightlightz by email and early on Tuesday morning I received an email saying that they were sorry about the faulty bulbs and let me know that they have posted 2 replacements. On Wednesday morning and without any fuss or delay 2 replacement bulbs arrived through the post. Not bad service so its 5 star rating for Brightlightz from me and many congratulations

Happy Customer!
This was the first time I dealt with this company and I will no doubt deal with them again. I ordered some LED Plinth Lights on Wednesday 21st March and received them the following morning which is impressive as the delivery was FOC.
The lights seem so fine so no complaints here!

AMBER STROBE LIGHTS
The best I have bought yet, I have fitted them on the front of my van
which I use for wide load escorting and they are very bright and attract
the attention that I need for the job.Highly recomended.

THE BEST OF THE BEST
I have used this company three times.The first was a tester to see what there lamps and service were like, the lamps were great and service was quick. The second I ordered 5 super bright SMD LED GU10 lamps.
My son also ordered 5 again they came very quickly my daughter in law fitted theres with no problem and they are over the moon with brightness. Alas 3 off mine failed but I contacted BrightLightz and replacements arrived quickly again very pleased. So I ordered the last 5 lamps I needed but yes the POST OFFICE failed I gave them a few days but no lamps, I contacted Brightlightz and they could not apologise enough and resent the order which I received the next day.
I still have not received the original package.

Great Quality, Price and Customer Service
Having compared prices, quality etc I asked a question of them and received an answer within 2 hours, I asked a further 7 questions all answered within 2 hours together with great advice and recommendations. The bulbs arrived within 2 days and are brilliant, bright and dim perfectly and cost a fraction of the cost to run compared to the 50 Watt GU10s they have replaced, one of the lenses fell out on unwrapping (the packing is extremely protective) and they immediately put a replacement in the post Highly recommended and will use again.

High quality at affordable prices.....
I found this company whilst browsing for LED strip lighting on Google and the attractive prices drew me to the website. I was a little weary to begin as there prices are quite low but once my items arrived I was really impressed with both the quality of the products and delivery time. What's even better is the light's have got my partners approval and that's an acheivement in itself! Thumbs up from me :-)

Good quality items at very good prices
I bought some counter top LED rope lighting to stick under kitchen cupboards from brightlightz, they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond to my emails when choosing a product. The product was sent out very quickly, in fact I received next day, which I did not expect. I was expecting rather low quality lighting as they were so cheap to buy, but upon inspecting the goods I was suprised how good everything was. I will use them again for any LED lighting, and would recommend them to anyone.
