BT constantly deny fault on line to avoid fixing it.
The phone line has been noisy since I moved here last Christmas. The ADSL line cuts out so regularly it's useless for watching movies, YouTube etc. My ISP provider say that their tests on my line come back with numerous errors. However, BT constantly say it's my equipment and that they can't find a fault when they test the line (from where???) etc. Both my neighbours have the same problem, and are both similarly fobbed off. BT seem to operate from an intransigent position of blaming the customer in order to maximise profits by minimising repairs. I'm convinced that their line tests are not genuine, and that customers are always told the line is ok regardless of how many faults are on it.
