I moved from Virgin to BT 18 months ago, and I am so glad I did. Virgin customer service was appalling (I had to not pay my bill for someone to phone me back!). We recently had a line fault with BT. I contacted them at around 8PM, and the engineer was booked for the next morning. He arrived earlier than expected, found the fault (it was at the exchange), and we were back to normal in no time at all.
