They deserve -***** they are terrible people to deal with if you finally get through the pressing button process and actually speak to a human being, they then don't understand you because of YOUR accent!!!! I had to repeat my self so many times I threw a hissy fit. once finally onto someone else I still got no where. So i changed to EE broadband and so far with only one minor hiccup everything seems fine. But despite having not been with Bt for 6 weeks now they are still sending me a bill asking me to pay for services from July to September at a total off £346!!!!! terrible awful company the lie to you, they pass you over, they lie some more then try and bill you for services you don't eve get. Recommend? mmmmmm I don't think so.
