Bt openreach are not the same company from Bt business or Bt residential they only carry the same Bt brand due to Bt wholesale in order for other companies such as sky talktalk ect can have the same fair services. So we all can have the same lead times for faults or instalation dates from Bt to true Telecom. Bt business gives you free next working day fix or will pay compensation of £25.00 as well as 500 free minutes a month per line to use on 01 02 0845 0870 call per month and mobiles can be capped rate at 20p for the hour.
