Bad Customer Service, Scam!!!
I recieved a confirmation saying I was booked on this particular flight. I went to the airport the day I was to leave and guess what, the airline had no reservation for me! The airline called to see what went wrong, budget air couldn't answer any questions! Guess what. I was stranded in an airport, out $1,200 and missed my sisters wedding!
THANKS BUDGET AIR (not) I was on the phone with them for weeks trying to at least get my money back. NOBODY wanted to help me. They all told me there was nothing they could do! It has been two months now, and I still haven't recieved my money!
If you don't want to be stranded in an airport, if you don't want to put up with horrible customer service and lose your money, don't book with this company!!!! It's a scam!!!
I didn't even want to give 1 star, but you had to give a rating!!! HORRIBLE

First timer !!!
Very good experience on BudgetAir.ca booking flights and hotels for a trip in New Zealand. A little leary at first, hadn't heard of them before and wondered why they would be cheaper than everyone else. No problems to-date and the booking process was very easy.

Website failed on purchase, mistakes by CSRs, double billed
When trying to purchase through the website after all CC details were entered, there was a transaction error. I couldn't tell if the booking was successful or not.
I phoned their CSR and was asked to tell them the details and had to recite all of my details phonetically, which took forever. This was strange even though the phone connection seemed fine. When speaking details back they were wrong nearly every time and had to be corrected.
When final details were sent via email, there were still details wrong - it appeared the CSR did not enter things correctly into their tool. It took several back and forth emails to fix this - and several of the times details that were correct became incorrect.
Finally the details were ok. But when I checked my billing I had two charges from Vayama (search for Vayama complains if you need more info).
Fortunately Vayama did acknowledge the mistaken charge and remove it.
I wouldn't use either BudgetAir or Vayama ever again with all these headaches...

BudgetAir.ca worked very smoothly--no glitches.
This was the first time we'd used BudgetAir.ca to book our travel--and I'd not heard of it--but the price was better than the better known sites, so we decided to give it a try. All went well--no surprises, glitches, or disappointments--and we were very satisfied indeed. We'll use them again.

Flight booking at affordable prices
A comparison on tripadvisor showed me that budgetair.ca showed me that they had the lowest prices and my booking and flight went without a hitch.
Although I was booking Air Canada on a .ca website, it seemed strange that I was being charged in USD, but even with the exchange rate, this was still cheapest - but maybe not as much as it could have been. Fix this please!

Easy, clear site that offers great deals.
Budgetair.ca found very low prices to South America, much lower than other more-known sites. And if that wasn't exciting enough, the site was easy to use, efficient, and displayed all information up-front. No hidden fees or taxes. It was also a snap to buy trip cancellation insurance at a reasonable rate. Very happy.

Budget Air handled everything better than any other online ticketing service I have ever used, including Travelzoo, Expedia and Cheap Tickets. Their all in fare included everything...my Aeroplan miles, taxes, fees and even luggage fees with Air Canada and United Airways...they are my online service for good...the service was flawless and very professional

Quick and easy
I found better rates on BudgetAir than any other popular sites. I even crossed checked the original airlines for all the rates, and what BudgetAir gave me was the best price. The filtering ability for non-stop was also particularly useful for me. The rest was simple and I had no problems getting to/from my destination :)

Great Rates topped with Fantastic service
I have booked 2 of my trips with BudgetAir. The first time I came upon them by accident surfing for a cheap fare for my trip to NJ.
My recent booking was also done through them and I must say when I called the 1800
number the girl who answered the phone was really a joy to talk to.
She helped me with my booking and also tried to save some money and that has not been my experience with the other sites I have booked with.

Great affordable fares
Found a great fare to NY on Budget Air that was $300 lower than any other fare available. It was great and I booked it immediately. Received update on any changes and everything weht as booked. I would certainly use this booking agent again.

It was easy reliable fast and great price
Nothing was easier than traveling this way. I checked for days in dozens of sites and airlines and nothing was cheaper than budgetair. The only problem are the hotels booking that are re directed to other sites and there the information is more complicated to obtain because of the way the sites set up their system. Overall experience was great prices the best

Best prices AND excellent service
I have used other sites to book travel and found pricing to be very similiar and choice limited to travelling to and from my destination with the same airline or their affiliate. Cheap rates and convenient
I was very happy with my BudgetAir experience. While all other sites were posting airfares of $1,000 to $1,200, BudgetAir allowed me to fly for some $850. I was able to collect frequent flyer points. I never had to contact BudgetAir by phone, but that's a good thing because it means everything worked out! I was informed of changes to my flights promptly. Everything was smooth. Definitely worth trusting.

Perfect trip
BudgetAir.ca was fantastic and easy to use. Everything went smoothly and there was nothing to worry about on my end. Information on my reservation was clearly laid out and easily accessible. I had very low airfares (the cheapest actually) for a round-trip flight to Ottawa, non-stop in both directions.
