I've just tried booking a 2 day trip through this site and went through the booking process, all seemed well until the last page, it cam back as saying the items i selected weren't available anymore. I called the number given to check, the lady advised me they'd already taken the money, but the hotel wasn't available anymore. How can they take money when it's not available. I requested a confirmation email to say they will refund the money (i didn't even get an email to say they'd taken the money from me!) and she put me on hold whilst i waited, she then came back after 2-3 minutes saying she'd sent an email, then hung up! Disgusting customer service, rude and impatient! Lesson learnt = don't buy from budget air!!
