I was trying to book an internal US flight from washington dc to boston on the budget air website without much luck. I was getting an 'ooopps' page indicating connection problems. A customer service telephone number was given with a note indicating that the booking can be made on the telephone and that I would be given £5 discount per ticket for the problems encountered with the online booking. Sure enough that's exactly what happened. The customer service agent was polite, direct and finalised the booking quickly. He informed me that they could not take payment over the phone and sent me a payment link by e-mail. Payment process was straight forward and I received all the necessary documents by e-mail within minutes. Many thanks for a wonderful service AND cheapest prices!
