Just tried booking tickets, money left account but no email confirmation. When I called budgetair the lady on the phone didn't even have a record of my transaction or order number. I think my money may be gone, fingers crossed.

    We are sorry about the mishap with your reservation.

    Occasionally a booking that was made via a link from a third party website, such as Kayak or Skyscanner, fails.

    This can happen when a third party website doesn't regularly update the prices on their website, and the link from their site takes you to an offer that is no longer available.

    In such instances our customers would normally receive a message to the effect that the offer no longer exists, and they would be able to conduct a new search.

    We don't know why in your case payment was taken even though we were unable to deliver the ordered product.

    We are very sorry for what happened and have refunded you payment in full.
