Booked a flight from Bangkok to krabi, got there bullshit message saying they had took my payment but the flight was not available anymore which I have since booked the same flight through Expedia fine...that was on 17.12.13 it is now Christmas eve 8 days later and I have still not received my money back....if there was a option on here to give them minus 10 million stars I think that would be about right....I'm really pissed off and my flights were not expensive only £100 uk...imagine if you had tried booking flights for a few grand?
I have also sent a complaint about budget air to sky scanners which I urge everyone who has a issue with them to do
