No I did not get what I ordered, but what was delivered was nice and we decided to keep them, if we had sent them back they would of ended up with 5 hip flasks engraved and of no use to them. Postage would have been a pain and all the running around to send them back. When contacted they offered to discount the amount by the engraving and that satisfied us. So happy all parties ended up I suppose. A little more time in double checking and it would not have been a mix up. But we are all human and mistakes are made and they could not have done any more to fix it for us even offering to replace them. Customer service - excellent.
