Did what it says on the box
I found this company on the internet and it was a pleasure dealing with them. I was able to fix the Christmas decoration as a result. The helpful staff were obliging when I needed to amend my order.

'Does what it says on the tin'
The product was as described. Ordering was easy although finding the website was a little harder than it could have been. The product was delivered promptly with no problems and works perfectly.

Made a difficult find simple.
Bulbs started to pop on a a 7 bulb unit we had for years.
On checking the bulbs in the shape of candles I was stressed to discover I need to find titchy screw bulbs in 24volt with1.8watt outputs. I almost gave up even trying at this point.
Did a google went to the Konstsmide web site BINGO just what I needed.I couldn't believe it!
Postage was a bit OTT for litlle bulbs but hey they arrived lit up now no more blank lights.

Good service; Disappointing Product
Ordering was easy and the delivery was extremely prompt. I have no complaints at all.
However, the items I ordered - 2 outdoor light-up polar bears - were disappointing in as much as, despite both being advertised as white, one had yellow-white lights and the other had blue-light whites. Instead of a stunning display outside my home, being mis-matched, they instead looked rather naff. A shame. It would have been helpful if the website had advised that the lights would not reflect the same as I would not then have placed the order.

Very helpful but rather slow.
A really helpful girl answered the phone. I had spent ages checking on the internet trying to find the bulbs I needed - I had no idea that there is such a vast range of manufacturers let alone bulb types, but typing in "Konstamide" got me to the right place. The light set is a bit ancient (but has served well) and I was delighted that it was still possible to buy replacements. The phone was clearly going to be a lot quicker than an online search.
It took some time to ensure that the ones I ordered were the right ones as the reference number must be nearly obsolete, but we got there!
I did have to chase the order as it transpired that there had been a stock check going on, delaying despatch, but they're here, safe and sound, and only 300 days to Christmas!

Simply the Best! ..........Service, Delivery & Communication
I needed a very long string of Christmas lights to go around my living room on a white twiggy display that I had attached to my picture rail but I could only use one plug socket . I found the perfect item on the Konstsmide Lighting web site, connectable LED Outdoor Light Sets, safe and perfect for my display so I purchased 4 sets, one set arrived faulty and was replaced within 48hrs with no fuss, well done! I had very little disruption at a very busy time of the year and the display was amazing, everyone loved my alternative Christmas around the ceiling.

Great lights, great service
We already had several sets of these lights, and needed to add more to them. We were really pleased that we were still able to get them. Delivery was very quick, which was really good as it was near to Christmas, and they were well packaged.

Good service.
Ordered some light bulbs from internetgardner/buykonstmidelighting after being let down by another supplier who was selling them without having them in stock!
The buykonstsmide website was easy to use, the order was quickly placed and processed and the bulbs arrived soon after. Overall I'd say it was a very good service.

They actually had the item I wanted!
I carried out a Google search to replace garden decorations I had but which were now probably 10 years old - they were really not fit for purpose anymore. I was very pleased with the attitude of my telephone contact which can only reflect well for the company.

It all worked out in the end!
I was delighted to find the light bulbs I wanted on your site as I had been looking for them everywhere. When they failed to arrive I sent an email to which I had a prompt reply and an apology and an explanation as to why they had not arrived.Three days later they arrived in perfect condition and I was thrilled.

Transformed the Christmas tree from standard to magical
Beautiful, traditional, white, static candle lights, which really are the next best things to wax candles. 25 lights lit up a 6 ft tree beautifully and, especially at night, transformed the tree to the magical experience from my childhood. The lights are asy to clip onto the tree and can be adjusted to any position via the moveable joint at the candle base. I especially loved the 70 cm cable between each candle, which made even distribution around the tree a doddle. I would really recommend these lights to anybody.
