Excellent customer service/value for money
I have been ordering several items from BuySend over the last year. I live in Zimbabwe, and this is one of the few companies that will ship here. Problem Rectified - Overall Very Good Service

I ordered a garden bench...even though it was a bank holiday the delivery was extremely quick...unfortunately one of the slats had been damaged... without any hassle they sent out a replacement bench and I received it the next day even though it was a Saturday...they even said I could keep the damaged bench...you can't be fairer than that!...lovely to deal with a company that cares about their customers....defiantly would recommend and use them again :))

Just what I asked - almost delivered before I paid for it!

I found this seller very trustworthy.
I had tennis elbow and needed an arm strap. Buy Send had by far the cheapest product and while this isn't always a 'best buy' I decided to give it a try. The strap arrived within two days by Freepost, well packed and exactly as per the photograph.
I've been very satisfied with with the service they provide and with the quality of the product, and shall not hesitate to buy from this company again.

Buy from BUYSEND and you will not be disappointed
To comly with the legistation of one of the EU countries I will be crossing this summer I had to purchase a tow rope to carry in my car. After reading many reviews on tow ropes, mostly critical as the rope construction ones can snap under heavy towing conditions, I decided to go for a steel one instead. On investigation I found the item offered by BUYSEND was significantly cheaper than from other sources. I was not expecting a good quality item for the price but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within a couple of days and was of such good quality. I would recommend buying this item.

They Get You What You Want
I made two orders from BuySend.com. The first arrived in here, in New Zealand, FOUR DAYS after I ordered it. It was perfect. So ordered another. 10 days later, it hadn't arrived, so I contacted BuySend.com, I received personal service from one of the company owners. The answer was simple: usually, it takes two weeks for shipments to reach New Zealand. I waited four days, and the order arrived. Problem solved.
So the second order was normal. But the first was extraordinarily fast. Overall, they are, at least, good and solid. But at their best, the blow away all expectations.

Couldn't try harder to please.
I bought two remote controls from this company.Price was very reasonable. One worked fine, the other was faulty.Every effort was made to correct this and after trying a replacement which was unfortunately also faulty a full refund was given to me.Throughout I was treated politely and nothing was too much trouble for this company.

Useful, inexpensive kitchen ware and great servce
I had difficulty obtaining kitchen scissor tongs with FLAT edges, which provide greater dexterity, particularly for picking up hot cooked food. I couldn't get them in any major local supermarket chains, so was very pleased to obtain them from this supplier at such an inexpensive price. They really are very useful kitchen tools, I even bought a pair for my mother too!
The communication and service was excellent. I will definitely buy from this supplier again.

Fantastic service, quick delivery would definately do business again
I ordered 3 drinks canteens late one evening for the kids. I checked the postage details and thought well thats ok they will be here some time the following week.
So how supprised was I when they turned up less than 48 hours later. Now that thats what I call a speedy service say one thing but exceed the expectations of the customer by delivering it much quicker.
The packaging was great and the canteens are made of strong materials and up to the job of being thrown about by growing kids,

Hassle-free international transaction
I needed some 'crazy' glasses for a themed party recently, and left it all until the last minute as usual. I was able to buy online and have them shipped to Australia - all for about $7 in total (less than the cost of the petrol I would have spent trying to find something). they arrived extremely quickly, and couldn't have been easier really.
