Lovely goods, shame about next day delivery!
Great choice of goods available, but couriers failed to deliver my order the next day as requested (and paid for). Customer services were very helpful in tracking and expediting my order, but it was delivered too late. There was no offer of reimbursing the next day delivery charge until I'd requested it. It was agreed, but on this occasion only!

We have taken a pause from asking people to submit reviews on Trustpilot, so I have to admit that this thread has gone unmonitored for a little while. This can be the only explanation for our not having replied to you: please accept my sincerest apologies.
Your post has just come to my attention, and I would like to assure you that you have received erroneous information about our policy on Next Day refunds. In those cases where the courier company lets you down (and lets us down!), it is ALWAYS our policy to refund customers the difference between the charge for standard shipping and Next Day shipping. We also ALWAYS offer a full refund and a return at our own expense as an option, in case the gifts have at that point arrived too late. We cannot *always* find out about such cases without being informed by the customer, but as I say, when we are informed, it is our policy to offer recompensense without being asked.
I'm so sorry we didn't get this right in your case. I will speak to the customer service team about this, to make sure that correct procedures are being followed. We work incredibly hard to provide not just good but exceptional, and personal, customer service. And though we have to delegate the physical delivery of your goods to couriers or to Royal Mail, that doesn't mean we don't take responsibility for the quality of that service. I hope that this (belated) response goes at least some way to reassuring you of our commitment to getting it right.
If you let me know your order number, I will have some of our lovely Belgian chocolates sent to your address by way of a much-delayed apology for the slip-up.

Great variety of products, too many to choose from!
I particularly love the Edward Monkton, Bright Side range, and I thank the Lord that Campus Gifts intriduced me to Disaster Designs - a fabulous range of beautiful bags to die for!!
My only issue was the way in which my Worktop Protector was packed - it is a large (A3) size glass board, which wasn't protected as well as I would have liked - it didn't look like an overly professional job - almost like the company don't have the right size packing boxes or materials to do the job properly. But this was a minor gripe - love everything about it otherwise!

I ordered, they delivered, simple as that. Well packaged, so (virtually) no chance of breakage. The item was a replacement for a birthday present I broke. Three days later it arrives.

From the quaint to the querky, gifts and cards for everyone.
Found the company by accident, glad I did! Wide range of gifts and cards to suit everyone's taste. Delivery was very fast, about 3 days, and good communication from company letting me know when order was dispatched. Would definately buy from them again and recommend to friends.

Awesome gifts at amazing prices

You need to buy better cardboard boxes for international orders.
I have ordered several times and I don't remember ever having received such a flimsy box. One mug was broken. Each mug was securely wrapped in bubble wrap, but the box arrived partially crushed.

I am sorry that one of the mugs arrived broken due to the box being damaged during transit. We use high quality cardboard boxes so I do apologise on this occasion the box has been damaged once it has left our warehouse. All of our mugs are wrapped carefully using tissue paper and bubble wrap by our highly trained distribution team. I can see that you have already contacted our customer service team regarding the broken mug and that this has been resolved.

Great company, not the greatest quality of products
I'm very pleased with the company, they were great in replying to my emails and mailing my items sooner than expected with ease~ I love the style of the products (Disaster Designs) they sell and it's cheaper than other places who sell the same items. However, the quality of the items I bought are not the greatest quality and wear easily and quickly after one use. I'm worried it will fall apart within a months use after using it for over a week now. I hope this does not happen, because I really want to like the items I bought and use them for years to come as I travel around with them~ ^_^ I gave them a 4 stars because of the quality of product from Disaster Designs... D:

FAB choice of gifts and EXCELLENT delivery service
I purchased a couple of themed mugs whilst on a short break in Hereford and thought it would be simple to find more in the collection, how wrong was I, I searched shops and internet sites without success. Finally, I found CampusGifts website and was delighted to find not only one or two of the collection but near the complete set. The price was fantastic and I ordered them all. Unusual choice of gifts
I have shopped a couple of times on the site for bags as they have a really good range to choose from and items you can't find elsewhere. The Disaster Designs range is my favourite! They also provide good offers and sales and delivery is prompt and efficient. I would happily recommend the site to others.

Excellent service, great choice of gifts
I purchased several gifts from CampusGifts including various Cath Kidston items and some Jellycats (all reduced). The prices on this site were unbeatable. The items were well wrapped and arrived very quickly. I shall return to this site straight away in future and save myself some time. Great to know they are providing excellent value for money.
