I really liked how professional the card looked. I cannot wait to see my husband's face.
Ordered a card needing it for a week later and it did not arrive in time. Very disappointed! Such lovely card choices and personalisation options, but not delivered a week later despite receiving an email saying it had been dispatched. As it is a first anniversary card with names on, it cannot be used again either. Very disappointed.
Card standard size was much smaller than expected. Quality of image was not very good and I wasn't told about poor image quality when ordering on the website as other sites do give you the option to upload a better quality image. However card arrived promptly within 1 day.
Used a few times and intend to use every time I want to send a personalised card. Quality is outstanding, turnaround from personalising to buying to receiving couldn't be quicker and Card Town's variety of cards is second to none. I would highly recommend CT!
This was an amazing site found a fabulous card for my daughter's 40th and was able to personalize jujst as much as I wanted. Most other sites had looked at were bland and uninteresting. This is a quality card which I have been able to make 'my own' and I know she will love it.
I ordered 2 cards in the same transaction but wasn't happy that I had to pay 2 lots of postage, even though both cards were being sent back to me.
Also, they forgot to put an envelope in for 1 of the cards.
My mother was extremely disappointed to receive her Mother's Day card on Monday 11th March...a day late despite my ordering it in plenty of time. I have sent an email to complain but it's been ignored. I would not use this company again as it resulted in upset all round and a waste of £4
The choices menu could be set out more efficiently,sometimes takes quite a while to find the kind of design im looking for and the similar design feature doesn't always prove helpful or accurate.
Once I select my card however, its very simple to fill in my card and a fast process to complete my order and get it on its way. Delivery is prompt and all round the service is very impressive and satisfactory.
I ordered a card, and as I looked at the order I noticed I forgot to change a name on the front of the card. There was no option to change this and it had not gone into production yet. I emailed and got no reply when they said they reply within 24 hours. So I sent another email, turns out you cant change an order.
This is annoying especially if the order had just been made.
There should be an option to cancel the order yourself until it has gone into production.
When I was looking on the website it was all very clear,I would rate this website better than moonpig,had every occasion that you needed on there,I was so impressed with how quick they delivered the card
Out to me,and when it arrived it was exactly how it looked on the website,
Card arrived second class mail after requesting chosen despatch date 5 days earlier and meant having to buy an off the shelf card instead as Birthday had passed. This is the first time I have not received a card when mailed First Class. Cardtown made poor attempt at recovery .. 2 days to reply and then asked for copy of envelope and order number so not really on top of customer service. Lots of other similar companies doing "what it says on the label".. I will consider my options carefully.
