I have checked your order and I can confirm that your order was despatched the same day you ordered it via First Class Royal Mail post. The Royal Mail state the vast majority of the work arrives the following day, however some can take longer. As your order arrived late I can confirm that I have credited the cost of the order back to your pre-paid credit and hope you decide to give us another chance in the future.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service. Our system works by enabling customers to be flexible with their orders. On each card you are not only able to select the different addresses but also different despatch dates. Therefore the system is set up to apply a postage cost to each card. You should have been able to view these costs in the shopping basket and I apologise if this was not clear.

Also I have checked your order and one card had been selected as deliver back to the customer and the other card had been selected to be delivered back to recipient and your address selected in here. We only enclose an extra envelope when deliver to customer is selected. I have however forwarded an extra envelope out to your home address and hope you can still use it.

Unfortunately because you requested a dispatch date of the 8th of March, and we say allow 3 working days for delivery, you didn't allow enough time for Royal Mail to delivery your card in time for Mother's Day.

Really sorry about this issue but unfortunately we can only work to the dispatch date as per your request when ordering.
