Excellent

This was an easy transaction and my card arrived really quickly, made up with it.

Not the best service...

Card arrived second class mail after requesting chosen despatch date 5 days earlier and meant having to buy an off the shelf card instead as Birthday had passed. This is the first time I have not received a card when mailed First Class. Cardtown made poor attempt at recovery .. 2 days to reply and then asked for copy of envelope and order number so not really on top of customer service. Lots of other similar companies doing "what it says on the label".. I will consider my options carefully.

Easy to use

I was looking for a particular new baby card for friends, and Card Town stocked it - great! It was even better that I could write a message inside (both sides of the inside), and send it direct to our friends from Card Town, as I was expecting to buy a blank card and send it on myself, so this saved me time and hassle.
The site was easy to use and the card arrived with our friends in a couple of days (I ordered it late one night, and it was obviously dispatched the next day).
I'll definitely be scouting through the range and using Card Town again.

I found the Cardtown website really easy to use. They've got a good selection of cards and you can personalise most of them too. I bought three cards and they're all really good quality. They all arrived in just a couple of days too.

Cool Cards

I was looking for a fun card for my gorgeous 21 year old niece.
Came across card town doing an online search. I love the choice of cards and just being able to add a name, no photos or anything is just the special, personal touch I was looking for. Will certainly buy again. Card arrived the day after purchase, so again very impressed. Bring on the Biirthday now. Thank you Card Town :0)

No massive parking fees, sore feet, etc., Card Town is great with a good selection

After trawling the shops for hours for a special card for our grandson and being unsuccessful, I went on the net and found Card Town - I would recommend it to everyone. There was a good choice of cards and it was easy to personalise for the recipient and we were really pleased with the end result - will definitely go shopping at Card Town in the future.

excellent service, card exactly how i wanted it!

purchased a personalised photo valentines card and was fully satisfied with the card i chose. the picture editing options made it easy to fit the picture in the space provided. As for delivery it was swift and i received a dispatch notice which i liked. The card arrived in 2 working days.
would definitely recommend Cardtown's services to everyone

Very good service

Very good quality, just what I expected & I received it very quickly too!

Quick efficient service better than expected.

I had a difficult choice to make picking one card from all the beautiful cards available. After making my choice the process of personalising my card was easy to follow. Very please with the excellent service I received and the very prompt arrival of my chosen card. Would recommend to any of my friends.

Bang on

Ordered a few cards, all come at same time but as single cards. Everything was bang on with them and would use again. Only thing I would say is that if you order more than 1 card would be to send them out in 1 packet instead of singles.

My wife loved the card and i didnt have to go shopping for it, which i find difficult to find time to do with having a job, and 3 kids in tow.

Pleasantly surprised

Although I don't need the cards until May I ordered early as I will be away then. Some previous reviews were not pleased with delivery - I can only say that mine arrived very quickly and the cards are excellent. Really good value for money.

Usually a bargain to have if you sign up for offers

I ordered a valentines for my boyfriend unfortunately the pixels on the photo I chose showed but it was quick delivery & I got large for the price of small in an offer. Slso got free delivery on a 2ND one I ordered from the kids & dog! !

Poor Service

I've ordered with the company before and was extremely pleased with the initial transaction. Ordered with Card Town again on 07/02/13 in time for Valentines day. The card has yet to arrive (15/02/13) and therefore I had to repurchase another card with a different company anyway - costing me more overall. Doubt I would repurchase or recommend as I wouldn't rely on the card getting here in a reasonable amount of time.

Pleased with the card, but requested for card to come to me so that I could write in it, when it arrived there was no spare envelope so now have no envelope for card.
