Dreadful Company - still in complete shock
After realizing that I had just put my friends shorter name on the tickets, so Katie instead of Katherine..I rang them not only are they pretty unhelpful. They insisted to change the tickets we send a copy of the passport by 5pm. Which my friend did by having to leave work and rush home. When we did send this over they charged me £196 to change 6 letters. I have now received an email from the airline to advise that it only costs £50. So how do they think they earned £150 just to change 6 letters. This is outrageous and a complete rip off. I think they are scammers.

180 pounds more than the airline charged!
Do not use this company to book your flights. They charged my parents 180 pounds more than the flight cost with united airlines and was not able to tell me what for? still waiting for an answer 1 month later terrible customer service. My parents are elderly not a good feeling when they can not give you an answer to what the additional costs were for? Shame on you Carlton Lesiure terribly rude agents Ronnie was extremely rude! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very Poor & Rude Service!
I booked return tickets to Vietnam with Carton Leisure and initially they were fine, the e-ticket arrived straight away.
However, during my trip they changed my return journey due to a cancellation which required a change of airports and seriously inconvenienced my journey.
My partner was on the same itinerary with Alternative Airlines who sorted his flight out no problem.
Carlton however, demanded £120 to replace my original fights and were rude about it too. In the end i just bought an additional ticket from BA for only £60 - half what Carlton wanted to alter the trip..
All in all a company best avoided.!

best deal
i got carltonleisure through cheapfligths.com as they were quoting a good price for my flight form london to cochin . Carlton leisure are really the best prices and very helpfull,well recomended

Lovely customer service with cheap deals
I have been booking flights with Carlton leisure since the last 3 years . John and his agents are very helpful . I am very happy with the services provided by the company and would always book my tickets with Him. I book almost a dozen tickets a year with Carlton and always gets the best price.

Excellent customer service
Will definitely recommend Calton Leisure to anyone looking for bargain quality flights.
Have been dealing with them for the last couple of years and they have always been very helpful and given excellent customer service; particularly Abhi who has always gone an extra mile to help me find a good deal.

Very helpful and cheap flights
I got a much better deal going through these people and it was much easier to use them rather than search for hours on the internet. Would definitely use again.

Just what you need from travel agent. Detailed information, regular phones to inform with any update on the flight basically all pre flight headache was taken away.

Does what it says on the tin
This is the third time that we have booked with Carlton Leisure, and without exception the service offered to us on our long haul flights to India has been exemplary.
The customer service we have always recieved has been first class, the rates have been ultra competitive, and nothing is too much trouble.
Abhi, has been tireless in his efforts to secure the best deals for us, and we have always enjoyed a completely stress free experience safe in the knowledge that we have also secured a cracking deal.
No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to any would be long haul traveller.

Incompetent rude staff
I have booked my British Airways flights through Carlton Leisure travel agents and I was severely mis-informed about my flights from a gentleman called Harry (had a strong Indian accent) - He made errors on the booking and when pointed out he was very rude and asked more money to get those errors corrected. We end up paying more for our tickets - Dont use this travel company, get your tickets booked directly from BA, trust me you'll save money and time.

got a good deal For my flight to Colombo
I booked flight tickets to Colombo on Carlton Leisure’s website. To my utter surprise, I was able to get the finest deals on flights to Colombo than I expected. I went to the Sri Lankan capital for the first time and fell in love with the city. Had a wonderful time! Would book with Carlton Leisure again.
