Wrong Parts Supplied - But Refund Given
Ordered through their parts finder where, if you put in your reg number, it will then only come up with what exact model car you have and also only the correct parts for your car. Ordered discs & pads, they were completely the wrong ones, I had to pay a garage £33.00 just to tell me this. Car Parts 4 Less should have supplied the correct ones!!!
Upon contacting them, after 2 weeks they did send a courier to pick them up & after another 2 weeks I had a refund in my account. I had asked them for many many updates during the month, they did not reply & moved at their own pace. A minimal amount of communication, I'm £33 down & my car STILL isn't fixed!!
I will NEVER buy from them again.

Update on my earlier review!
The delivery itself its quick and smooth but be careful when choosing the items using you number plate option(it isn't super accurate), go by the part number your car needs and you can't go wrong. I got the wrong part and when I returned the item I forgot to add the paperwork!! In all fairness the mistake was mine but some off their customer service staff do sound like they need to liven up a bit ...! It took couple of weeks to sort it out, but third time(lucky) I dealt with a guy which was really helpful and sorted the issue in 10 min.

Unfulfilled order
Placed an order 22nd April (ref 243886) but still haven't received it to date (22nd May). I sent an email beginning of May but got no response. I then phoned the company on the 15th May (not to mention being kept waiting).After about 13mins on the phone I was advised that they would check with the warehouse and that I would get an email that day about what was happening (operator only identified herself as Tina). A week later (and a month from date of order placement) I am still waiting for both the email and order. As a customer I understand mistakes do happen but it is the way that they have dealt with my complaint that leaves me far more dissatisfied with carparts4less. It will probably be cheaper for me to look elsewhere than keep chasing this order.

Placed order for Merc. radiator on Monday 10.45 am. Arrived on Tuesday 12.30 pm. Very well packaged and £20.= less than local supplier, what more do you want. !!! Will use this supplier again.

Cheap, until you have to send the item back then the fun begins
I have used these guys for a few times having found there prices to be very cheap, little did i know that cheap means wrong item and bad service.
The last couple of times I have ordered parts they have been wrong, I am still waiting for a refund for a part I retunred 1st class post on the 2nd of May. Each time it turns out the correct part is the most exspensive part and I can get it cheaper elsewhere anyway.
There customer service staff are rude, they lie and really not helpfull at all, at least having some knowledge about what you are selling would be helpfull byt they have no clue. I have had to take action via paypal to get my money back and today I recived my order and the parts were wrong again, phoned up explained and was told to return them, eh no mate discs and pads are heavy you get sombody to pick them up its your mistake not mine.
Wil never use them again because in the long run the cheap parts they sell are not the right parts and then you have to return them and buy them from somebody else cheaper than they can supply them in the 1st place. AVOID THEM

Great product at a very good price, late delivery.
Ordered Bosch car battery on a Monday requested next day delivery battery arrived on the Wednesday, so wasted a day waiting for delivery, no way of tracking order as courier company is Yodel and they are not the best by a long shot.

DONT REPLY TO EMAILS - VERY POOR
I needed a battery for my car next day so paid for the next day delivery and ordered before the cutoff.
It was only after finally getting hold of someone the next day at 4pm on the live chat that I was given a tracking number and confirming delivery by the end of the day.
Upon phoning the delivery company up, they confirmed that the items had just been booked in and not yet picked up from carparts4less.
After 3 emails I am still awaiting a reply.

I understand that our customer service manager has called you today to explain the delivery schedule, and also sent you a copy of the tracking details which shows that the parcel was collected from our warehouse on 8th May and delivered on 10th May. Frustratingly, our carrier failed to deliver the following day as requested, and for this I apologise. We have also refunded your next day delivery charge of £3.95
We only show that we have received one e-mail from you, where you requested tracking details. We replied to this the same day.
Once again sorry for any inconvenience caused, and I give you my assurance that we will do much better next time.

Good products, Good Prices, Delivery Not So Good..!
Prices are the Cheapest i've seen on the Web or Locally. They have the Good Brands but (Delivery is Rubbish most off the Time)...!! Why can't they use Royal Mail...? (THEY LEAVE THE CALLING CARD SO YOU CAN PICK-UP AT THEIR DEPOT. IF FOR SOME REASON, YOU NOT IN AT DELIVERY TIME).

Having ordered a wiper blade for under £10 it was not possible to have the item delivered to any address other than the billing address. As the item was then send via Yodel and needed a signature I have not been able to accept it so it has now been returned to you. I am awaiting a refund.
