Excellent product, great price, speedy delivery
The tiles were delivered very quickly and were of very good quality. Easy to fit for even a basic DIYer . The sample squares sent on initial enquiry meant that you could get the right tiles from the comfort of your home confident of the quality.

Polite, good advice, pleasure to deal with.
I trying to match tiles purchase 2 years ago, they help match as close as possible and gave full details of the differences to make sure the tiles I bought were the best possible. Considering my order was small they shown as much concern as if I had been placing a huge order.

I was impressed with how easy I could find the company and their responsiveness for samples and then delivery of my order.
I was impressed with the tracking and delivery of my order. I discovered as I used the tiles that a number of them had what I would describe as a faulty loop in their construction necessitating me to utilise thejm only where the tile could be cut around them. While this has not prevented me flooring my area, it was a nuisance having to closely inspect each one to ensure thta it was not faulty. In terms of quantity, we are talking about 8.
Better quality control would eradicate this problem.

Excellent customer serve,
Friendly and very helpful. Good quality and great value product. Collected from depot staff very friendly and welcoming. loaded our van and even threw in a free fitting kit.

Quick service, very helpful and totally satisfied with product.
We ordered sample tiles which came very quickly. Found the colour we wanted and ordered next day, the tiles arrived within a couple of days. The quality seems very good and the girl we talked to was very helpful.

These guys are like the 'pony express' of carpeting.
I needed a quick, lower-cost and flexible solution for ktichen carpeting and Carpet Tiles Next Day was it. They provided a super product at a reasonable price and made good on their "next-day delivery promise" at a time when the snow and ice of winter storms closed hundreds of schools and paralysed large areas of the UK. I was delighted with their service and the professional and courteous attitude of staff. They're FIVE-STAR PLUS as far as I'm concerned!

Friendly, efficient and informative service
Carpet Tiles Next Day were great at helping me figure out what I need at a great price. I had numerous samples sent to me so I could get the right colour and Glen was brilliant on the phone informing me of the differnet makes of tiles and what would be best for me. When I needed a large quantity he tracked down enough tiles so that they were all from the same batch and therefore would all be the same colouring. Nothing was too much to ask and I was very pleased with the customer service I received.

VERY HELPFULL
Spoke to a very informative and helpfull guy about the tiles we should have.
Were very happy with the tile quality of the tiles.
The only problem was that the carrier delivered the order to our Head office and not the site. We did not complain as we have internal transport and needed them there yesterday so disaster averted.

Fast Friendly Service
On ordering samples,tiles were a very good price and quality compare to local stores, choose Milano Blue tiles, put in order and it arrived within expected time, all tile in good condition. Tiles laid well and were perfect for our kitchen.
The clincher for me is that having not ordered quite enough, phoned up and asked if they did part boxes and chap on phone was happy to oblidge, got the personal touch with the service which you don't get much these days, would happily recommend and would also use myself again if needed. Good customer service is very hard to get these days but Carpet Tiles Direct give you this service.

Such an easy company to deal with
I ordered some carpet tile samples and they came a couple of days later fully labelled on the backs with description, name and price. Ordering the real tiles was so easy as they had all my details on file and I just had to tell the friendly lady which tile I had chosen and at for them. They arrived the next day and now look wonderful on my kitchen floor.

Good quality and good service!
Everything went smoothly, they phoned me to confirm delivery details. The tiles were great. They were having some problems with answering their phones (Oct 12) which caused me problems but hopefully that is a thing of the past. I'd recomend them.
