There were some difficulties with the 'ordering' software. However a quick phone call and help from a member of staff resulted in the order being placed for delivery to the wilds of Aberdenshire.

I was looking for a cost effective way to improve my incredibly wonky kitchen floor. Brilliant carpet tiles have done the trick. I only needed one box and have a few left for replacement. Can be cut to shape reasonably easily and I laid them without adhesive. Can't tell they're tiles from a distance. Look great!

when it comes to buying stuff on the net, Ive been quite lucky up to now.
I found the guys at carpet tiles next day, honest, knowlegable and helpful.
Time will tell if I picket the right tiles,I have them in a reasonably busy retail store, but if they last 5 years I will of saved a fair few hundred pounds

We got the budget tiles for a small office refurb, came quickly and good quality for the price. Tackifier was no good to us but that was down to lack of product knowledge and application, very pleased.

Fair honest advice delivered as promised

I wanted to know how to put the tiles down and what adhsive to use in a non standard situation. I was able to speak directly with an expert who made realistic, helpful suggestions. I ordered the tiles later that day and recieved them within 48 hours. My only disappointment was the transport charges at £5 per box + VAT which turned out more than the misleading advertised carrage charge of £5.

was most pleased with the service i received , i was sent sample within 3 days and the order process was simplicity itself.

Ok I guess

The tiles were quite cheap which meant that they werent 100% square. It made the fitters job a lot harder and some of the tiles were a slightly different colour. You get what u pay for I guess.

High percentage of tiles were of poor quality.

My husband laid the tiles and after inspecting his work I found 8 of them were blemished. 6 had scags and 2 were not finished off properly. I would have liked to have returned them but having done all the work to put them down we tried to put damaged tiles out of the way.
