Avoid like a plague, once you hear their name, run miles away
In one word, they should be in jail. I sent off my mobile phone which had rarely been used and was quoted a decent price of £52. However before sending it off, everything about the phone was fine. Screen wasnt scratched or anything. On checking my email few days later, they sent me some stinking email saying there has been wear and tear on my phone. They then quoted me a ridiculous amount. I refused their counter offer and asked them to send my phone back to me, for which i was charged almost £10 for. Received my phone this morning to find out, they had scratched my screen and caused some damage to my mobile phone. The music shortcut buttons at the top had been damaged. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid this cons. Honestly they should all be in jail for fraud.
I am very sorry about the issues however, I can assure you that it is extremely unlikely that the damage would have occured through our testing procedure and the return would have been securely wrapped in protective bubble wrap / packaging to ensure safe transit.
We have careful procedures to follow as we have to ensure that the phones condition is preserved, not only for potential returns such as yours, but for our own on-sell of the products as well.
It may have been the result of the initial posting to us?
In addition, I note that the Technicians grading may have been to blame here, whereby our customer Services team will laways try their best to sort any such issues before returning a handset (unless there is no contact number for us to call?).
Again, apologies for the issues noted but I can asure you that the damage will not have been the result of our system or services.
