I sent my phone in, like many others, after receiving the best quote online- £272.50 for my Galaxy S3.
I received a response after paying for this to be sent by Special Delivery (£7.60) that the quote had been revised due to "Excessive scratching on the screen" for £82.50- WOW!!! I can only possibly imagine that they are referring to the light scratching on the screen protector which has been on my phone since I bought it 6 months ago. I emailed them via their online form, no response, tried calling them twice on 0845 460 1064 with no response, and not even a voicemail to leave a message, upon my third call this morning they have answered. I've told them they need to take the screen protector off (the VERY obvious screen protector), and to try and re-evaluate the phones condition, which was in perfect condition when I sent it.
I really wish I'd seen the below reviews prior to sending my phone off, am truly gutted that I've waist £7.60 for it to be sent, only to have to pay £8.95 for it to be returned if they con me by saying it still has scratches on the screen.
They've said they'll contact me by 6-7pm tonight, so I will update again if the outcome is positive but I don't have much hope for now.
