I sent my Blackberry to this company when they offered me £69. I then received an e-mail from them stating that the phone was now only worth £28. I asked them to return the phone, and when this did not happen I e-mailed, with no response, and telephoned about 15 times during the course of this week. I finally spoke to someone yesterday and was told that my phone could not be returned as it had already been re-cycled. I then demanded the original quote or another phone and was given some company blurb. I then asked to speak with a manager and was told - Im the only one here and you will only hear the same thing anyway. At this point I completely lost the plot and she put the phone down. I rang again and asked whether it was company policy to do what you wanted with somebody elses property, I got the same blurb and she put the phone down again.
The state of play now is that I do not have my phone, the £69 original quote nor do I have the megre £28 final quote.
Can anyone advise me what to do next? I know £69 is not a whole world of money, but it is to me and also its the principle of the thing now as well.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, YOU MAY AS WELL THROW YOUR PHONE DOWN THE DRAIN OR YOUR MONEY.
