I sent 6 blackberry 9300 to them. They offered 50.50 on line each but then revised their offer to 20.20 each fictonal 'extensive ware and tare/damage'. I only saw their counter offer when I logged in to my account as it had been well over a week since I sent the phones and I had not received an email from them. I declined all 6 offers but one was mysteriously accepted. I rang the company and spoke with the 'delightful' Kim who was a lying b$t*h and told me that there was no way to reverse the action. I told her it must be a system error. ...Kim says it would affect everybody and not just me if the system was faulty and the system is 'never faulty! I asked her 'what if I phoned and said I haven't logged or accepted any offer' she said in that event they would investigate to see if there was a system error but you have told me you did log on. So there we go Kimmy...the system can be faulty. Anyway. ...read the terms and conditions. ...under cancellations it clearly states that the phone remains my property until paid and no binding agreement is in place until sec 3.11+3.14. Processes are complete and again these sections state I still own the phone until I'm paid. Rang back and spoke to Matt or mark (d#$khead suits him better) he listened to me explain everything and put the phone down or muted it. Sent 6 emails to 3 addresses informing them of the above and legal action if my phones are not ALL returned....I paid for return post Tuesday and this all happened Tuesday....no payment as yet but no phones either!
