Checked out one of the mobile phone recycling comparison websites. Cash4Phones promised the best price. They sent a paper-thin envelope with no protection for the phone. I should have sent them a dud, because having sent my iPhone 4 off in a perfect condition, they emailed about ten days later, saying that due to broken/missing keys (bearing in mind it's a touchscreen), they were revising their offer from £115 to £28. I didn't want to pay the £8.95 for them to send a broken phone that wasn't actually mine. I'm still yet to receive a cheque from them. It's been about six weeks. No one replies to the online contact form. Don't bother contacting the email addresses on the website either. You expect at least some morsel of customer service. Will definitely be sticking to Mazuma or Envirophone in the future, despite their promise of a lower price. Cash4Phones isn't even worth the one star. DON'T BELIEVE ME? SEND THEM A OLD, BROKEN PHONE FIRST AND SEE IF THEY PAY YOU FOR THAT.
